Introduction
Thanks to andie531 for obtaining and making available the FBI documents on the "Dancing Israelis": KURZBERG, SIVAN ET AL. As will be shown, this FBI 'investigation' is very similar to the NIST 'investigations' into the World Trade Center (WTC) buildings collapses, in that the conclusion is politically motivated rather than evidence-based. Section 5 even reveals how the FBI's NS-2C Unit of its "National Security Division" based at FBI Headquarters, Washington, D.C., ordered FBI Newark to stop their investigation of the Israelis.The documents were partly declassified in 2005. However, there are many parts that are still blanked out and classified until 2030 or 2035. Apart from names of individuals, the unreleased material includes longer passages such as the section following the question: "1. Did the Israeli nationals have foreknowledge of the events at WTC and were they filming the events prior to and in anticipation of the explosion?" The fact that it's blanked out indicates that the answer is clearly not an emphatic "no".
Nonetheless, the material that has already been released is sufficient to prove that the Israelis did indeed have foreknowledge of the attacks on the WTC. That is of course consistent with Israel's capability and history of staging false-flag terror, the two hours' advance warning of the WTC attack transmitted via the Herzliya / New York-based Israeli instant messaging service Odigo, the failure of Benjamin Netanyahu's friend Larry Silverstein and his children to turn up for work that day at the World Trade Center, Netanyahu's advance warning of, and Efraim Halevy's intimate knowledge of, the London 7/7 attacks, the $250,000 "loan" received by Bernard Kerik from Israeli billionaire Eitan Wertheimer together with $236,000 in rent paid by Steven C. Witkoff after Kerik visited Israel from August 26-29, 2001 to meet with Wertheimer and then claimed on September 16, 2001 that a "hijacker's passport" had been "discovered", along with multiple corroborating evidence much too numerous to mention in an introduction. Not surprisingly, experts from such professions as structural engineers, architects, physicists, mechanical engineers, metallurgical engineering graduates, PhD scientists, fire protection engineers, fire-fighters, electrical design engineers, explosives technicians, etc, may be seen speaking out on the ae911truth channel on YouTube, explaining why they know the government's half-baked conspiracy theory about suicidal Arabs with box cutters crashing two planes and managing to bring down three high-rises is believable only by the uneducated and the uninformed.
Excerpts from the FBI official report are included here for easy reference. Commentary on the transcripts within the transcripts section is enclosed within square brackets, in order that it may be readily distinguished from the actual FBI text. Page numbers are generally included only at the start of another excerpt.
The FBI documents are formatted with a fixed spacing, so it is generally an easy job to determine the number of characters within the classified boxes. The beginning of each paragraph is indented by ten spaces, and there is a double-spacing between sentences. Where a paragraph starts with "(S/OC/NF)", for example, that is followed by two spaces before the start of the first sentence. The position of the last character on a line is not predictable, but sometimes the section is repeated elsewhere with the word in question appearing part-way along a line. Moreover, the FBI do not obliterate the exact same words each time a passage is repeated, so an examination of all repetitions reveals more information, such as how Paul Kurzberg worked for the "Jewish Agency".

Details: A [blank, four characters long] and ACS text search of evidence acquired from a search executed by FBI Newark's Joint Terrorist Task Force, of a vehicle located on Route 3 East Rutherford, New Jersey, a White Chevrolet Van, New Jersey, license plate JRJ13Y, registered to Urban Moving Systems, 312 Pavonia, Pavonia Avenue #1, Jersey City, New Jersey, contained telephone numbers and names directly associated with previously identified [blank] and activities.
[Note: Pavonia Avenue was an early address used by UMS. Page 59 shows that UMS wrote to their insurers Oxford Health Plans on 07/26/2000 to change their address to 3 W. 18th Street, Weehawken, and at the same time they also provided a New York address of 446 W. 50th Street.]
[Page 3 reveals that the Israelis had taken 76 photographs; also confirmed on page 80.]
[Page 7 of 141 shows that seized items #1 to #3 were maps. Early reports stated that evidence linking the Israelis to the attacks consisted of maps "with certain places highlighted". Subsequently, although it was admitted that there were "tie-ins", the "evidence linking these Israelis to 9-11" was "classified". If there was no evidence to link them, there would be no evidence to classify. Other items listed include passports, a flight coupon and itinerary, black organizers, pocket notebooks, and "fabric sample (explosive residue)".]

Event Narrative: [Blank] observed three dark skin men driving a white van bearing New Jersey Plates driving on Spiritbrook Road [should be Spit Brook Road] near Nashua, New Hampshire around 1 PM. The driver of the van appeared to be lost. The van had a sign for Urban Moving Systems. [Spit Brook Road is within a mile of UMS' health insurers Oxford Health Plans, located at 10 Tara Blvd, Nashua, NH.]

Event Narrative: Spotted a white cube van driving along Rt. 3 South near exit 3 Plymouth Massachuesetts [sic]. The van had double doors in the back and the company name "Urban Moving Systems" in gold lettering.
Page 28:
Synopsis: Establish basis linking five (5) Israeli Nationals (detained) [38 characters wiped here before the period. The blanked characters would have to be something like "to the terrorist attacks of 09/11/2001"; if they were discussing links between the Israelis and Mickey Mouse, there would have been no need to classify it].
Details: On instant date, Newark initiated an investigation predicated upon the detention of five (5) Israeli Nationals who may have possessed information about the terrorist incident targeting the twin towers of New York City's World Trade Center on 09/11/2001. The following sets forth the basis for linking these five (5) Israeli Nationals (detained) [followed by section blanked out for political reasons; the wiped area continues for the rest of the page and for almost all of page 29; in handwriting the date this section was classified is 7-15-2005; declassify on 7-15-2030; whereas in print at top left of page it states 07-21-2010 as the date classified and says "declassify on: 07-21-2035"].

Furthermore, on 09/11/2001, [blank] of the Pennsylvania State Police detained a yellow Penske box truck upon the request of Newark. [Blank] inspected the vehicle and determined that the vehicle's two (2) occupants, [blank] and [blank] both identified as Israeli nationals, were on their way to Columbus, OH. When Newark later questioned [blank] of Urban Moving Systems about the vehicle's presence in Pennsylvania, he could not offer an explanation. According to the moving company's [blank] the two (2) occupants and their vehicle were supposed to complete a moving job in a different part of the country. [Note: By a bizarre 'coincidence', the route from Weehawken, NJ to Columbus, OH passes within 2 or 3 miles of Shanksville and Indian Lake in PA.]
A search of UNI for any references to [blank] revealed one possible reference [blank] investigation) to [blank] born [blank] which further identified [blank] as an Israeli [blank.] [Note: That last wiped area is sixteen characters in length after taking out the period, so the word is not merely "national" or "citizen", which in any case would not need censure. "Covert operative", for example, would fit.]
Similarly, Newark also received reports from law enforcement officials in New England that a second vehicle, displaying markings for Urban Moving Systems, was noted to have stopped somewhere between New York and Boston on 09/11/2001 for the purpose of asking for directions to Boston, MA. The occupants of this second Urban Moving Systems vehicle were also identified as Israeli nationals.
The information provided herein pertains only to the information developed on the detainees in terms of [blank, section wiped is nearly two lines in length.] Connections between the detainees and other terrorism and or intelligence affiliated persons is to be reported under separate cover. [So the wiped section there refers to "the information developed on the detainees in terms of" connections between them and certain "terrorism and or intelligence affiliated persons", and connections between them and other "terrorism and or intelligence affiliated persons" is to be reported separately.]

On 09/14/2001, Newark Division, with the assistance of the New York Office (NYO), initiated an investigation predicated upon the detention of five (5) Israeli Nationals who may have possessed information about the terrorist incident targeting the twin towers of New York City's World Trade Center on 09/11/2001. The following sets forth a summary of the investigation-to-date. [Dated 09/15/2001]
On 09/11/2001, several complaints (FD-71s) were taken and interviews conducted by the Newark Division with respect to the event surrounding the explosions at New York City's World Trade Center (WTC), the Pentagon, and airline Flight #93 that had departed Newark. On 09/11/2001, [blank] a housewife and Union City, NJ resident, advised that at approximately 9:00am, 09/11/2001, [blank] neighbor, [blank] called her on the telephone to tell her that she [blank] saw smoke coming from the WTC. In order to see the WTC more closely, [blank] used 7x33mm power binoculars to view the scene. From the rear window of her apartment and while looking in the direction of the WTC, [blank] observed three (3) males kneeling on the roof of a white van located in the rear parking lot of her apartment complex. She noticed the individuals and it appeared as though they noticed her.
[Blank] described the males as white, mid-twenties, no facial hair, no glasses, "clean-cut," no hats, all wearing short sleeves, with lean builds. Other identifying data was also provided. [Blank] described the white van as a "box"-style van which had no windows on the side; it reminded [blank] of a telephone company style van.
According to [blank] one of the males appeared to be taking still photographs and video of the other males with the WTC in the background. All of the males appeared to be jovial in that they smiled, hugged one another, and gave "high fives." (See attached photos). As the vehicle later left that area, [blank] recorded the license plate as JRJ-13Y. Later that day when [blank] returned home, she provided the police with the information pertaining to the males.
Another complaint Subsequent investigation by Newark Criminal Division Agents revealed a second eyewitness who reported having observed the a [sic] white van in the same parking lot described by [blank]. This eyewitness, however, observed the van in the parking lot as early as 8:00am on the morning of the explosions at WTC.
A third interviewee later reported, as documented on an FD-71, having seen, on 09/11/2001 (time not noted), a big, white, model 2000 Chevrolet van, or possibly panel truck or U-Haul truck, bearing the words "Urban Movers" in black lettering along the side. The vehicle was observed in the Liberty State Park's Marine Terminal in Jersey City, NJ, located across the Hudson River from WTC.
Pursuant to this information, East Rutherford, NJ police authorities stopped an Urban Moving Systems van at a pre-positioned roadblock which was occupied by males similar to those described by witnesses above. The van had been traveling eastbound along State Route 3 in New Jersey. Following the stop, police detained five (5) individuals, all Israeli Nationals, on the grounds that they may have had information pertaining to the WTC explosions. The matter was later forwarded to FBI Newark, and the individuals were detained based violations of immigration their status [sic].
At the time of the vehicle stop, a search of the van and individuals was conducted. Seizure of the individuals' property yielded the following: a 35mm camera, several personal telephone-style notebooks, back packs, airline tickets with immediate travel dates for destinations world-wide, Israeli passports (in some cases, expired), a German passport, and thousands of dollars of cash. Student identifications later believed to be false were later found. Oddly, equipment typically used in a moving company's daily duties was not found, including work gloves, blankets, straps, ropes, boxes, dollies, rollers, etc. Also not found was the video camera that [blank] observed at least one of the males using to film the explosion at WTC.
Focused on what might have been contained on the film in the video camera reportedly used by the Israeli males, Newark's Criminal Division interviewed each of the Israeli males. Through interviews (and later polygraphs), it was determined that several of the detainees had, by their own admission, [blank.]
For instance, [blank, fourteen characters, so probably Sivan Kurzberg] was formerly employed as a [blank] in Israel and later served as a [blank] and performed [blank] NFI). [Blank, eight characters, probably Kurzberg] also worked with the [blank] when [blank, eight characters again] found Arabs who weren't supposed to be in Israel. [Blank, eight characters] had served in the Israeli Army for three (3) years. [Sivan Kurzberg was 23 in 2001.] At the conclusion of the interview, [blank, eight characters] denied having [blank, 26 characters] while residing in the United States; he also denied ever having contact with [blank.]
Page 35:
Film obtained from the 35mm camera of one of the detainees was later developed and processed by the Newark Division. The photos clearly corroborate [blank's] statements in that the Israelis are visibly happy on nearly all of the photgraphs [sic]. Further, the photos revealed that the Israelis had taken photographs from both the top of a van and from another location believed to be a parking lot near the Urban Moving Systems location in Weehawken, NJ. (The Bureau should note that based upon the evidence recovery log as completed by Newark, it is unclear which collected items belonged to which Israeli detainee.)
Newark also received information pertaining to another Urban Moving Systems vehicle which had been stopped while traveling westbout [sic] by the Pennsylvania State Police on 09/10/2001, the day prior to the terrorist attack. At 11:30pm, a Penske truck was stopped for a traffic violation. The vehicle was identified as having been leased by Urban Moving Systems of Weehawken, NJ. The individuals questioned, [blank] and [blank] identified as Israeli Nationals, advised that they were bound for Columbus, OH.
On 09/12/2001, the same truck was once again stopped while traveling eastbound in Pennsylvania. [Blank] and [blank] the same Israeli nationals identified earlier, were detained. During questioning by the Pennsylvania State Police, the Israelis advised that they weren't "in New York" on 09/11/2001. A gasoline purchase receipt recovered by the Pennsylvania State Police seems to contradict their claim in that the receipt, dated 09/11/2001, was for gasoline purchased in New Jersey. (Lead set to Williamsport RA presently pending.)
A subsequent interview of the president/owner of Urban Moving Systems revealed that [blank] and [blank] delivery schedule for the morning of 09/11/2001 did not include any pickups or deliveries outside of New Jersey. Oddly, [blank] and [blank] were stopped while traveling in the direction of the site of the hijacked plane that crashed outside of Pittsburgh, PA.
Newark also received information which revealed that on about 1:00pm, 09/11/2001, three dark-skinned males had been observed driving a white van, bearing New Jersey plates, on Spirit Brook Road [should be Spit Brook Road] near Nashua, New Hampshire (just outside of Boston). According to the report, the driver of the van appeared to be lost; the van had a sign on the side for Urban Moving Systems.
A search of Urban Moving Systems, Weehawken, NJ, revealed more oddities which caused the search team leader to characterize the company as a possible "fraudulent operation." Little evidence of a legitimate business operation was found. Evidence recovery agents did seize, however, sixteen (16) separate computer units used by Urban Moving Systems.
The FBI presence at the Urban Moving Systems search site drew the attention of the local media and was later reported on both television and in the local press. A former Urban Moving Systems employee later contacted the Newark Division with information indicating that he had quit his employment with Urban Moving Systems due to high amount of anti-American sentiment present among Urban's employees. The former employee stated that an Israeli employee of Urban had even once remarked, "Give us twenty (20) years and we'll take over your media and destroy your country."
Based on the odd circumstances surrounding Urban Moving Systems, the deception over the alleged usage of a video camera by its Israeli employees, and the observed positive reactions (by the Israeli detainees) to the explosions at WTC, Newark Squad C-9 (SSA [blank] SA [blank], began to focus on the following:

A search of UNI for any references to [blank] revealed two possible references [blank] and [blank] investigations at San Diego) to [blank] born [blank] which further identified [blank, nine characters] as an [blank, up to 25 characters excluding period, so "intelligence operative" could fit.]
Based on information provided by the Miami Division, Newark detained (initially) and interviewed four (4) employees of Classic International Movers, a New Jersey based moving company which was believed by Miami to have been used by one of the nineteen (19) alleged hijackers involved in the terrorist attacks. All four employees, Israeli nationals, had served in the Israeli military, and entered the U.S. from various locations in South America. [Note: It's quite bizarre that an "Arab terrorist" would use an Israeli moving company. However, if Israelis were posing as "Arab terrorists", it would be remarkable if they didn't use an Israeli moving company.]

Oxford [Health Plans, an insurance company located at 10 Tara Boulevard, Nashua, New Hampshire] began insuring Urban Moving Systems on 07/01/1997. Urban Moving Systems initially provided an address of 312 Pavonia Avenue #1, Jersey City, New Jersey, 07302. On 07/26/2000, Urban Moving Systems wrote Oxford to change their address to 3 18th Street, Weehawken, New Jersey, 07087, telephone number (201) 558-0210. At that time, Urban Moving Systems also provided a New York address of 446 West 50th Street, New York, New York, 10019, telephone number (212) 664-1268.
Page 61:
[Blank] definitely saw the individual identified in the photographs as number 5 within the apartment building at around 3:00 p.m. on 09/10/2001, the day before the interview, as well as here and there during the preceding weekend. The individual was observed entering the elevator in the lobby along with another individual with whom he was conversing, perhaps in Spanish. The manner in which the two men were speaking suggested that they knew each other. The second man was not within the pictures presented.

Several times during the course of the interview, the interviewee independently volunteered that he was positive that the man identified within the photographs as number 5 was the man he saw in the building. [See: Section 6, Page 44; "number 5" is Sivan Kurzberg.]
Page 63:
On 09/11/2001, [blank] woke up at approximately 7:30 AM. She recalls the time because her husband woke her as he got prepared for jury duty in Newark, New Jersey (NJ). As her husband was showering and getting dressed, [blank] prepared the coffee and placed a bagel in the oven.
Her husband went downstairs to purchase a newspaper at to [sic] the store located on the ground floor of the apartment complex. He returned and they had breakfast together.
Her husband then left for jury duty at approximately 8:25 AM or 8:30 AM. She then telephonically contacted GENERAL CAB COMPANY for a cab to take her son, [blank] to [blank]. After she contacted the cab company, her son waited in the lobby area for the cab.
[Blank's] neighbors who reside in apartment [blank] left their daughter, [blank] with [blank] to babysit. As these neighbors left the apartment complex, they saw [blank's son] waiting for the cab so they transported him to college.
At approximately 9:00 AM, [blank] in apartment [blank] telephonically contacted [blank] to tell her that she saw smoke coming from the WORLD TRADE CENTER (WTC), in New York City. [Blank] then grabbed her Binolux binoculars, (lightweight triple tested, 7 x 35 mm, 341 feet at 1000 yards) in order to see the WTC closely.
[Blank] recalls that she was listening to 1010 AM news radio station [this would be WINS] and she did not hear any information regarding the WTC. She recalls that the sun had risen, it was a clear day and there was no fog or clouds.
[Joan Fleischer, an account executive on the WINS sales team, was very close to the Towers from her rooftop on North Moore Street. She noticed a plane flying much lower than she had ever seen before in the New York City skies, and knew it was going to crash. She called the WINS newsroom and spoke to Mark Mason, the former executive editor at WINS. As she said, "There's going to be a plane crash," the plane tilted to the left and slammed into the building. It hit just as she said, "crash". Mason called Fleischer back "from a line that could be patched into the studio on the air", and since they had someone from the station on the scene as it unfolded, they were able to go "with such a live report". ["Breaking news now, on 1010 WINS. This just in to our newsroom; a plane has crashed into the World Trade Center. Let's get this live update from 1010 WINS correspondent Joan Fleischer. Joan, what do you see?"]
["Well I'm standing on the top of my roof, and I'm looking at the World Trade Center, and there's a huge hole in it, and there's a fire in the building right now, huge smoke pouring out of it, and things are falling from the building itself. [...] I heard the plane, very close to the top of the buildings. I looked outside, and I saw it hit, and it exploded immediately."]
[At nearly eight minutes into the live report, the second plane hadn't hit - which occurred at 9:03. The eyewitness was listening to the station and could not have missed hearing the news. Thus, this fixes an absolute latest time for the eyewitness to have gone to look outside at 8:55; eight-and-a-half minutes after the first impact at approximately 8:46:30. However, that would be ridiculous because it requires that WINS was so incompetent that it took more than eight minutes to call Joan Fleischer back "from a line that could be patched into the studio on the air" to go live with such an important breaking news report. The Israelis' version of events also requires that CNN's website and the Israeli news site YNET were so quick off the mark that they had already posted the news on their web sites for the Israelis to read about it. Then the three Israelis had to have collectively decided that the event was worthy of taking time off work to go away and "document" it for historical purposes, collected cameras, back packs and notebooks, rushed out to their employer's van, driven through rush-hour traffic to an observation point chosen on the spur of the moment that is normally a four or five-minute drive from Urban Moving Systems' office, driven into the Doric Towers apartment complex at 100 Manhattan Avenue in Union City, around to the rear parking lot, parked at an angle to the fence so that the front of the van faced in a south-southeast direction towards the WTC, got out of the van with the cameras, climbed onto the roof, and started their cameras rolling, all before the local AM news station managed to announce the breaking news.]
[The "raw audio from the air of WCBS Newsradio 880" for September 11, 2001 is available at this page. Download the 1:19:23 audio file for "8:48 a.m. to 10:08 a.m.", and the second plane impact is announced at fifteen minutes into this audio. Thus, the announcement of the first impact was not much later than 8:48.]
[It's pretty obvious that the Israelis were sighted by this eyewitness at 8:51 or earlier (see Section 3 page 67), making the Israelis' version of events physically and scientifically impossible without a suspension of the laws of causality and General Relativity. And this is corroborated by the fact that the eyewitness' friend was prompted to telephone her "immediately" after hearing the first plane crash, looking out and seeing the smoke; by another eyewitness who saw the Israelis "less than 5 minutes" after the first plane impact; by a third eyewitness who saw a white van with no side windows arrive and park in the same apartment block rear parking lot at 8:15 and found it was gone by 9:20; by a fourth eyewitness who saw a white van parked in the same parking lot and estimated the time to be as early as 8:00am; and by a fifth eyewitness who spotted Sivan Kurzberg at the Doric Towers apartment complex the day before 9/11.]
Using her binoculars [blank] looked through her rear window. Then she opened the balcony door and walked onto the balcony. As she looked in the direction of the WTC, she observed three (3) males kneeling on the roof of a white van in the rear parking lot of her apartment complex. She noticed them and it appears as though they noticed her.
[Blank] recalls that all of the males were white, males, in their mid-twenties, no facial hair, no glasses, "clean cut", no hats, all wearing short sleeve shorts [shirts], with lean builds.
She recalls that one male (Male #1) had light hair which was cut very short. The top of his hair appeared somewhat "curly" or "wavy". He was wearing a white tee shirt and light blue jeans, with a hole in the left knee. He was also smoking cigarettes. She believes that she has the best memory of this male. [Probably Sivan Kurzberg, whose hair is very short and lighter than Ellner's, although Sivan was wearing a gray and black shirt when arrested.]
[Blank] can not recall too many specifics regarding the second male (Male #2). She believes that she has the weakest recollection of this male. [Probably Yaron Shmuel, who then had long, wavy hair.]
[Blank] recalls that the third male (Male #3) had dark colored, short hair which appeared straight. [Probably Oded Ellner, whose hair was short, dark and straight. Thus, Ellner would be the cameraman, consistent with the fact that both Shmuel and Sivan Kurzberg are known to have been visible in the celebratory photographs, and Ellner would later say, "Our purpose was to document the event".]
[Blank] noticed that the white van on which the males were kneeling appeared to be a "box van". It did not have windows on the side of the van, and it reminded [blank] of a "phone company van".
The van was not parked perpendicular to the fence. Instead, the front of the van faced in a southeast direction. Male #1 knelt on the roof above the front, passenger side of the vehicle, and he faced the apartment complex. Male #2 knelt on the roof above the front, driver's side of the vehicle, and he faced the apartment complex. Male #3 knelt on the rear portion of the roof of the vehicle, and he faced New York City.

[Blank] is certain that the first fire at the WTC had just started. The second explosion had not yet occurred when she noticed these males. There did not appear to be any other persons in the parking lot area.
As the vehicle pulled away, [blank] recorded the license plate on a small piece of paper contemporaneously. She recorded the New Jersey license plate as being JRJ-13Y. She later provided this piece of paper to SA [blank].

It should be noted that there were inconsistencies in the statements made by [blank] who stated that the van he was in was on the West Side Highway in New York at the time of the attack on the WTC. [Thus, this individual is Yaron Shmuel, as identified in the police report. Three individuals associated with this van were observed celebrating after the initial impact and subsequent explosion of the WTC.
On 9/11/2001, Police Officer [blank] of the East Rutherford New Jersey Police Department was diverting traffic from Route three East, due to the attack on the (WTC). During this work detail he received a national broadcast message related to the attack on the WTC which requested a "look out" for a white Chevrolet Van with New Jersey license plate JYJ13Y carrying 3 or more individuals.
At 3:56 PM Officer [blank] observed a white van traveling much slower than the rest of the traffic flow heading East. The vehicle matched the license plate information sent in the broadcast message and was stopped. Five individuals were removed from the van. While being removed from the vehicle [blank=Oded Ellner] said he was Israeli and that they were going to [blank=Lawrence] street in Brooklyn to stay with a roommate. He could not provide the exact address. He was in possession of $4,700 in cash which he kept in a white pouch. While being removed from the vehicle [blank=Sivan Kurzberg=14 characters] said, "We are Israeli, We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems, the Palestinians are the problem". While being removed from the vehicle [blank=Yaron Shmuel, spelt as "Shimuel" in these reports] told Officer [blank] "We were on the West Side Highway during this incident".

DIA [Debellis Insurance Agency, Inc.] has had the insurance for MOISHES for approximately one year.
[Blank] explained that the movers at MOISHES are all subcontractors. There are approximately 6 to 12 at any given time. [Blank] told [blank] that there was smoke coming from the World Trade Center (WTC). [Blank] looked out her window and saw smoke coming from the towers. [Blank] ended the call and [blank] took a pair of binoculars and walked over to the window. When she looked out, she also noticed a white van parked in the parking lot for her building, approximately five or six parking spaces from the south end of the lot, in a direct line between her and the WTC. There were three young men on top of the van, which was parked at an angle pointing directly at the WTC. She saw one of the males holding a small video camera. One of the men had his hand on the shoulder of the other and they appeared to be happy and "joking around".
[Blank] said she could not see the rear license plate of the van because a sun deck attached to the building blocked her view. However, when the van departed several minutes later, the vehicle backed out, backed down the driveway from [blank's] right to left, and then backed into a space in front of [blank] while making a K-turn, giving [blank] an unobstructed view of the rear of the vehicle.
Approximately two hours after the above interview, [blank] was contacted by telephone and asked for further information about the video camera she believed was utilized by one of the men. [Blank] described it as a small, dark colored video camera and said she observed a "pop-out" screen on the side of the unit that displayed the image seen through the lens. She noted that the male using the camera held it up continuously for several minutes and moved it around, as if he were panning the view.

Further investigation identified the person in the photograph to be [blank=fourteen characters, confirmed as Sivan Kurzberg, Section 6 pages 44-45], date of birth [blank] entering the elevator in the lobby of the Doric apartment complex (DORIC) located at 100 Manhattan Road. [Blank] works for HELICOPTERS INC., based at LINDEN AIRPORT and having their headquarters in St. Louis. [Blank] is his manager, telephone [blank]. The company supplies pilots for news programs. On 9/11/01, he was flying a helicopter that was covering traffic for 880 A.M. radio. He was south of the George Washington Bridge (GWB) when he saw the first airplane crash into the World Trade Center (WTC). The helicopter was in LaGuardia Airport's airspace at this time, and he estimated that the helicopter was at approximately 1,500 feet altitude.
After seeing the first crash, he flew the helicopter towards WTC. He estimated that it only took a couple minutes to reach that area. He hovered over the Hudson River in the area of the Holland Tunnel at approximately 1,100 feet altitude. He remained there for the second crash. Within a couple of minutes, the New York Police Department ordered him to leave the airspace. He landed the helicopter in New Jersey and did not return. He recalled that there was a Cessna flying in the lower bay off the Southern tip of Manhattan.

Nonetheless, he requested a cigarette during his interview and stated he [blank.] [Blank] was told that smoking was not permitted and was provided juice instead.
[Blank=Marmari] first visited the United States (US) when he was [blank] years old, on a ten year visa, with his [blank.] Since they did not have friends or relatives in the US, they stayed at a hotel, name unknown, located on 8th Avenue and 47th Street, Manhattan, New York (NY). He and his [blank] toured NY and New Jersey (NJ) and also shopped in the metropolitan area. [Blank's] only other visit to the US was on 07/10/2001, when he arrived at JFK International Airport aboard Olympics Airlines. From the first night in NY, he stayed with a friend from Israel named [blank] age [blank.] [Blank] is a former Army acquaintance who now builds stages for concerts in the NY area. Their apartment is located at [blank, probably 509 West 212th Street, twenty-two characters including comma] Manhattan, NY. The rent for the apartment is $900 a month which he splits with [blank.] Since he was eighteen, [blank] has traveled alone to England (twice), Amsterdam (twice), France, Italy, Germany, Greece, Austria, Switzerland, India, Nepal, and Sinai. During his youth, he traveled with his family to Hungary, Poland, and Czechoslovakia.
Since his arrival in NY, [blank=Marmari] searched for employment but because he did not have a valid work visa he had a difficult time finding a job. After responding to an Israeli newspaper ad and making several calls, he was hired as a household goods mover about [blank] ago by [blank] (last name unknown), (lnu)), at Urban Moving Systems (UMS), Weehawkin, NJ. [Blank] was not referred to UMS by anyone and did not know anyone employed by UMS prior to his first day of employment. However, about two weeks ago, an UMS employee recognized him as a former Israeli army member. Up to the time of his arrest, 09/11/2001, [blank] had worked [blank] days a week for a [blank] week period. Since he was afraid that he would be prosecuted for illegally working in the US on a visitor's visa, [blank] lied to FBI agents on 09/11/2001 when he told them that he had worked for UMS for only one day.
[Blank=Marmari] identified his immediate supervisor as [blank] and the "big boss" as [blank] (lnu). [Blank] never asked him for a worker's visa and has only paid in for a few hours of work although he worked at UMS for a [blank] week period. [Blank] is certain that [blank] is aware that most of UMS' Israeli workers are working there illegally. [Blank] identified other UMS workers as being Russian, Hungarian, and Georgian nationals. [Blank] has never used the computers at UMS as he uses the one in his apartment.
[Blank=Marmari] advised he barely knew the other Israeli workers at Urban Movers other than the four he was with at the time of the arrest. He noted that on September 10, 2001, he was with the other four [blank] at [blank's] apartment in Brooklyn. [Blank] knew that [blank] and [blank] were [blank] but was unsure of their last names.
[Blank=Marmari] advised that he has never had contact with anyone associated with US intelligence or other foreign intelligence agencies. He advised that to his knowledge he has never been in contact with anyone associated with Israeli Intelligence. [Blank] noted that recently a lady friend of his, [blank] age [blank,] came to the US from Israel and stayed with [blank] for four days until her apartment, location unknown, was vacated. [Blank] is the only individual he knows who works for the Israeli government but he does not know what she does at work or what agency employs her. [Blank] is also a student at Israel University and although [blank] did not know her date of birth, he provided her Israeli telephone number as [blank.]
On 09/11/2001, [blank's=Marmari's] alarm clock was set to ring at 7:30 a.m., however, he did not hear the clock's alarm sound and when he awoke, he noticed the time was just before 8:00 a.m. He dressed in a hurry and rushed to the subway station in an attempt to arrive at Urban Moving Systems (UMS) by 9:00 a.m., the time his work shift normally begins. [Blank] left his [blank,] Manhattan, New York (NY) residence at approximately 8:05 a.m. and boarded the southbound "A" train at the 207th Street and Broadway station at about 8:20 a.m. Approximately 40 (forty) minutes later, [blank] detrained at the West 42nd Street station and proceeded to the Port Authority bus terminal where he usually broads [sic] bus number 126 at platform 204. While walking through the terminal, he noticed many commuters running towards television monitors located throughout the terminal. He was curious to learn what the commotion was about but continued to the bus platform because he knew he was behind his normal schedule and did not want to delay his trip any further. On one occasion [blank] was able to walk close enough to a television to notice that what had captured everyone's attention was what appeared to him to be buildings on fire. He was able to confirm this fact when he heard commuters on line to broad [sic] bus 126, and later during the bus ride to work, discussing a fire at the "Twin Towers."
At about 9:00 a.m., [blank=Marmari] boarded bus 126 bound for his job at Weehawkin, New Jersey (NJ). He exited the bus at it's [sic] first stop in NJ which is located in the proximity to the Lincoln Tunnel's NJ entrance. From the bus stop he could clearly see the Twin Towers burning and he believes that they were still erect at the time. [Blank] was in shock and in a state of disbelief and for a moment he rationalized the event he was witnessing as special effect illusions similar to those appearing in the movie "Independence Day." Nonetheless, he knew it was not an illusion and hurried to work. [Blank] arrived at UMS sometime between 9:15 and 9:20 a.m. and found that [blank] (lnu), [blank] (lnu), [blank] (lnu), [blank] (lnu), the [blank] (name unknown), and [blank.]
Upon entering the building, [blank=Marmari] reported to the box packaging area where [blank, five characters, Suter?] was to begin training him in UMS' secondary business which consists of selling boxes generally used to package household and personal belongings. Since [blank, Suter?] was taking [blank's] car to the car wash, [blank] began assembling boxes on his own. At about 11:00 a.m., [blank] told him that "they are taking down the second building" and that they were going to see from the roof. At the time, [blank] believed that the authorities had purposely collapsed the building to prevent the additional damage that would be cause [sic] by the building tumbling to its side. It was not until later that night when he saw a TV news report in jail that he realized that the planes had caused the building's collapse.
[Blank, twenty-five characters] and he then climbed on top of a truck and made their way to UMS' roof. They spent about 10 to 15 minutes on the roof whereat he took one photograph of [blank, five characters, Suter?] and [blank, four characters] together, and [blank] and the others took various other photographs. [Blank=Marmari] identified the only camera, SLR or otherwise, he saw that day as the one that [blank] had recently purchased for [blank] to use on [blank's] upcoming trip to India. [Blank=Marmari] does not recall ever seeing anyone in the group with a video camera or tripod and does not recall seeing the items during the only time he visited [blank's] apartment on 09/10/2001.
[Blank=Marmari] advised that while the group was on the roof, they just took pictures and moved from roof to roof looking for the best vantage point. There were no arguments among anyone in the group and they spent most of the time viewing the damage to the "Twin Towers." When they came down from the roof, [blank=Marmari] borrowed money for lunch from [blank] and he walked to the deli down the block from UMS where he purchased a ham sandwich. [Marmari is not fanatical about keeping kosher.] [Blank=Marmari] spent about 15 minutes in the deli and learned that the tunnels had been closed. When he got back to UMS he was told that UMS had closed and that they had been dismissed. Since he had no other way of getting home, [blank] accepted [blank's] invitation to sleep overnight at his apartment. They went back inside UMS where [blank] queried the Internet to find alternate ways of driving into Brooklyn. About 30 minutes, [blank,] [blank] and he left UMS in the white van. [So the false-flag operation's been completed, the Mossad's "moving company" front has become redundant for another few years, the "movers" have just been fired, but they still get perks such as use of company computers and use of the company van for commuting home from work?!] [Blank=Marmari] stated he jumped into the back of the white van where he fell asleep on top of blankets.
[Blank=Marmari] was later awoken, time unknown, when the van made a stop and someone placed skis and a red bag in the back of the van. He then went back to sleep as the van began to move again. The next time he awoke he heard a police officer ask [blank] for his driver's license and within a minute they were arrested at gunpoint and were taken to jail.
[Blank=Marmari] stated "Israel now has hope that the world will now understand us. Americans are naive and America is easy to get inside. There are not a lot of checks in America. And now America will be tougher about who gets into their country."
[Blank=Marmari] was shown a photocopy of a note pad recovered during the arrest and search of 9/11/2001. He advised that the number [blank] is the bank account number for a friend (girl) who lent him two hundred dollars. He was advised to deposit the money in the account after he earned the money. [In reality, the account was probably set up and the "loan" story concocted in case the telephone number was found, in order to cover up Marmari's intelligence links with so-called "Islamic militants in the middle east" via the South American individual. See Section 6 page 40.] The number [blank] is for a Moroccan named [blank.] [Blank] is a hashish dealer in the New York Metropolitan area. [Blank=Marmari] advised that many of the telephone numbers are for friends and acquaintances in Israel and the US. The back half of the note pad is a story he is writing about his travel around the world. It is written in Hebrew.
During the course of the investigation [blank=Marmari] broke down emotionally numerous times and cried. He wondered if he would ever see his family again and questioned the interviewing agents when or if he would be released.

As she scanned the area behind her apartment she did not see anything until she looked at the World Trade Center (WTC). While looking at the WTC she noticed a small cloud of smoke rising from one of the towers.
[Blank] advised after seeing the she smoke [sic] immediately telephoned her friend, [blank]. [Blank] told [blank] there was smoke rising from the WTC and to look out her window. After speaking to [blank] contacted her [blank] and [blank] telephone number [blank] also paged her [blank] who returned her phone call at 9:19 am according to [blank] caller ID.
[Note: The above evidence shows that the lady who telephoned the main eyewitness to inform her of the disaster was actually prompted to look out of the window by the sound of the impact or explosion as the first plane slammed into the North Tower at approximately 8:46:30 a.m. Thus, assuming it took her two minutes to scan the area before observing the smoke, she then "immediately" went to telephone her friend. Assuming that took a minute, and it took her friend another minute to grab her binoculars, look out the window, and see the van parked with the celebrating Israelis kneeling on its roof, this occurred at approximately 8:50. Thus, within four or five minutes, the Israeli's friend is supposed to have heard about the plane crash on the news and then telephoned the Israeli; the Israeli is then supposed to have browsed both US and Israeli news sites on the internet to read about the event, persuaded his colleagues that the incident was worthy of "documenting" and taking time off work; the Israelis are then supposed to have collected their cameras, back packs and notebooks, rushed out to the company's van to use it for non-work-related purposes during working hours, driven through rush-hour traffic to another observation point that is normally a four or five-minute drive from the office, driven into the apartment complex, around to the rear parking lot, parked at an angle to the fence so that the front of the van faced in a south-southeast direction towards the WTC, got out of the van with their cameras, climbed onto the roof of the van, and started their cameras rolling!!]

SA's [blank] and [blank] conducted the review in an attempt to locate the green lighter shown in on [sic] of the photographs, locate evidence of a video camera and to determine the accuracy of the time/date LCD readout on the Canon EOS 2000 camera.

An examination of the Canon EOS Rebel 2000 (serial number [blank]) time/date revealed that on 9/20/2001 at 10:03am the camera's readout read 9/19/2001 and 19:22:58. The discrepancy translates that the time/date readout is fourteen hours and forty one minutes late.

When the vehicle was stopped a second time by the Pennsylvania State Police, it was traveling in an easterly direction. Statements made by the vehicle's occupants contradicted documentation found in the vehicle, as well as statements made by Urban Moving Systems' [blank] as to the vehicle's true destination and purpose.
The Philadelphia office is requested to conduct an interview of both [blank] and [blank] for the purpose of exploring the nature of their relationship with Urban Moving Systems, Inc. and the five (5) employees of Urban Moving Systems, Inc., who are being held on immigration violations. It is also requested that Philadelphia's interviews highlight issues of interest to the National Security Division to include any possible affiliation with [blank] [blank.]

[Details of interviews of a couple of women who worked at White Glove Movers of 930 Newark Avenue, Jersey City. One of them was born in Israel, has dual Israel - US citizenship, and last visited Israel March 2000. And one of them recalled a pair of skis belonging to one of the people, but didn't know what had happened to them. Note that Omer Marmari had said he was asleep in the back of the van but was woken up when the van made a stop and someone placed skis and a red bag in the back of the van.]
[Blank] met [blank] in Israel while both were attending school. [Blank...] the [blank... Blank] believes that [blank] is armed whenever he travels but has never personally witnessed a weapon. [Blank] has limited contact with [blank] only when he makes his scheduled overseas trips to the US and [blank] usually contacts him when he is in town.

[Interview with an Urban Moving Systems office worker.]
[Blank, nine characters] stated that on the morning of September 11, 2001, after the WORLD TRADE CENTER (WTC) was struck by the airliners, either [blank, six characters] or [blank, seven characters] stated to her that now you see what they are capable of doing and added that the U.S. will have to get involved now.
Following the interview at [blank's] residence, she was contacted by telephone by SA [blank] at which time she provided the following information:
[Blank] stated that after learning that the WTC was on struck [sic] by airliners, all of the employees went outside of the building to watch. They stayed outside for a little while until [blank] told them to get back to work. When they went back inside, someone, possibly [blank] and/or [blank] went back to the warehouse to look for a television so they could watch the news at work. [Blank] does not recall seeing anybody taking pictures outside the building, although, she does recall that [blank, approximately fourteen characters, Sivan Kurzberg?] had received a new camera from [blank, thirteen characters, Paul Kurzberg?] the day before.

[Blank] said she thought [blank] had recently bought his [blank] "a really nice camera that had a big lense".

On the morning of 9/11/01 [blank] was painting in Apartment [blank] Less than 5 minutes after the 1st plane hit the North tower of the World Trade Center [blank] comes to Apartment [blank] and informs [blank] of the disaster. [Blank] stands up from painting the baseboard, looks out of the window, and notices 3 young men taking video and still photographs from atop the roof of the parking garage adjoining Doric Towers. He also see [sic] a white utility van next to the men and a brown van further behind. There were no other people in the parking lot at that time. He believes this occurred between 9:00am and 9:10am. [Blank] exits apartment [blank] and goes to his apartment at [blank] which takes approximately 5 minutes. He looks out of the window and sees both towers on fire. After 6 to 7 minutes he goes to another window in his apartment and sees that the men and both the white and brown van gone.

[Blank] date of birth [blank] 100 Manhattan Avenue, Apartment [blank] Union City, NJ, telephone [blank] was interviewed. After being advised of the official identity of the interviewing agent and the nature of the interview she provided the following information:
At approximately 8:15 a.m. on 09/11/2001, while leaving the above-referenced apartment complex, [blank] observed a white van parking in the rear parking lot of the apartment complex. A male individual appearing to have a brown but not dark complexion, round face, dark hair, approximate age 30's, was driving the van. He drove the van very slowly into the rear parking lot, paused, and backed into a parking spot which, from the front, overlooked the New York City skyline. No passengers were visible. Upon returning to the area, at approximately 9:20 a.m. that same day, the interviewee did not see the van.
The van was white and had no windows on the sides. It appeared to be a utility van for an electric company because the words 'electric supplies', among others, were printed on it. The name of the utility or vendor company, since forgotten, was in red letters on the van. The license tag was not noticed.
Usually, utility or service vehicles at the complex building parked in the front. This vehicle was parked in the back which is why it came to the interviewee's attention. It seemed out of place.
Page 30:
[Blank] is in the United States on a tourist VISA. She worked as a [blank] for [blank] at THE URBAN MOVING COMPANY INC. (URBAN) from approx. [blank] to [blank.] She also [blank line.] She left URBAN because [blank for nearly two lines.]
[Blank, five characters = Suter] had mostly Russian and Israeli men working for him. He places ads in Israeli and Russian newspapers to get people to work for him and pay them cash on a weekly or daily basis. He owns several large moving trucks, and rents a few trucks when it is busy. He also owns a white cargo van with no windows. He normally does not let his workers take his vehicles home with them.

[Blank] date of birth [blank] New Jersey, was interviewed at his place of employment, J&S Gulf, 1324 Willow Avenue, Hoboken, NJ, where he pumps gas. After being informed of the identities of the interviewing agents and the nature of the interview, [blank] provided the following information:
[Blank] is an Egyptian citizen [...]
[Blank] began his current job on 8/31/01.
[Blank] stated that he is familiar with a company called URBAN MOVING and that they have an account for gas with the station. [Blank] also stated that trucks belonging to URBAN MOVING come to the station every day, usually in the morning.
On 9/11/01, [blank] was working an 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM shift at the gas station. [Blank] stated that a white van belonging to URBAN MOVING came in for gas in the morning. [Blank] remembered that the driver had short, dark hair. He remembers the driver because the driver had been to the gas station in the past and had spoken some phrases in Arabic to [blank] does not know if any other people were in the van with the driver. [Blank] does not know the name of the driver.
[Blank] does not remember the exact time that the van from URBAN MOVING came in for gas that morning but believes that it was prior to the attack on the World Trade Center because after that occurred, every customer that day had something to say about the event and [blank] is sure that he did not speak of the attack with the driver of the URBAN MOVING van.
Page 33:
[Blank] had approx. 20 to 30 men working for his moving company. Most of the people working for him were Polish, Russian and a few Israeli men who mostly stuck together. [Blank=5 characters, e.g. Suter] used to advertise in the Polish, Ukranian and Israeli newspapers to get tourist VISA visitors from those countries to work for him. This enabled [blank] to pay below minimum wage and with cash as to avoid paying taxes and benefits too. [Blank] would also refused [sic] to pay employees knowing that they would not fight him since they are working on a tourist VISA. [Blank] did engage in moving items for both business and residential moves. One of his smaller moving vehicles was a white van with no windows as well as several large moving trucks. He did use several computers with internet access.
[Blank, couple of lines] doesn't usually lend his vehicles out to his workers. He is very tight with his possessions and money. He does make his workers get drivers license and they fill out three pieces of paperwork. It is unknown what this paperwork consists of.
One way to obtain a driver's license quickly and easily is to answer one of the advertisements found in the Israeli newspapers. These ads give numbers to call to get a Florida driver's license in one day with no hassle. You do not need any paperwork to prove who you are. It usually costs from $400 to $500 dollars.
Page 35:
On 09/11/2001, [blank] heard of the attacks on the World Trade Center and drove from his residence to Liberty State Park, Jersey City, New Jersey in order to give blood. HE arrived at Liberty State Park sometime between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Approximately 20-30 minutes later, [blank] observed a truck enter Liberty State Park. The truck was new, either a 2000 or 2001 model year GMC box trunk with dual rear wheels. The box had rivets on the outside which indicated to [blank] that the inside was lined with wood. There were silver caps on the top front corners on the box and the rear had a roll-up door. The box was approximately 14 feet high and 16-18 feet long, similar in dimensions to a Ryder rental truck. The side of the box had a sign which said Urban Moving in black letters. [Blank] did not recall the exact words, but recalled it contained wording to the effect of Urban and a moving company along with an unrecalled (973) telephone number. The truck had no apparent dings, dents or scratches on it and was remarkably clean for a moving truck. The truck backed into a parking space near the pier, within 50 feet of the water. [Blank] did not see anyone exit the vehicle. [Blank] recalled that the Urban Moving truck left Liberty State Park just after an announcement was made to close Ellis Island. At this time, [blank] saw three males approach and enter the vehicle. [Blank] viewed the males from a distance of approximately 40-45 yards.
[Blank] described UNSUB 1 as the driver of the van, age: 20's, approximately 5'6" to 5'9", 165-175 pounds and had skin-tone which could have been that of Mexican origin. UNSUB 1 looked light, and didn't look like he would work as a mover. He wore faded blue jeans, white short sleeve tee-shirt, and a black vest, possibly leather. UNSUB 1 also wore a black fanny pack of average size which hung to look as if it contained three to five pounds of weight inside. The fanny pack hung just below UNSUB 1's front left pocket of his jeans. [Blank] did not get a good look at UNSUB 2 or UNSUB 3 and described both of them as being in their 20's, approximately 5'7" and having a stockier build than UNSUB 1, possibly 190-210 pounds. UNSUB 2 carried a Digital or 35mm camera with a zoom lens. The body of the camera was black in color. The three UNSUBS entered the vehicle and departed the area.

[Blank, five characters in length] identified [blank] and [blank] as the Urban employees assigned to complete a multi-state delivery of residential goods identified on the long distance delivery bulletin board at Urban as delivery route #31. Route #31 consisted of goods picked up in New York State and New Jersey that were in storage at Urban. The goods originating in New Jersey were to be delivered to Marietta, Georgia. Upon completion of the Georgia delivery, the goods originating from New York State were to be delivered to St. Louis, Missouri. Upon completion of the Missouri delivery, the truck should have been empty, and en-route to pick up goods in Nashua, New Hampshire. The goods from New Hampshire were to be delivered to Lawrence, Massachusetts. [They could have used another van or truck to do the little NH to MA job, completing it the same day with around five hours' traveling time. The circuitous route of New Jersey to Lawrence, MA, via Georgia and Missouri is about forty-five hours of traveling time.]
[Blank] was aware that law enforcement authorities had stopped and detained [blank] and [blank] in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. [Blank] had received a call from law enforcement authorities inquiring about [blank] and [blank.]
Page 41:
He was employed by Urban Moving Co., until recently, for approximately [blank] working on a moving van as a helper. He was paid under the table and earned $10.00 an hour. The other helpers all seemed to be Russians, Hungarians and Israelis. They always spoke Hebrew in his presence. He also advised that these other foreign nationals and [blank] of the company, [blank] had frequent meetings in the company's office, and he and the other non-Jewish employees were never invited to join them.
Page 42:
[Blank] advised that [blank, fourteen characters=Dominick Suter] was a crook. He would have the delivery teams fill-up the trucks with empty boxes, because he would charge the customers by cubic feet. He would also have some employees stay on the trucks when they were weighed, so that he could charge more.
[Blank] further advised that he not surprised that [blank=fourteen characters=Dominick Suter] is in some form of trouble with the authorities, because he always spoke badly of the United States.
Page 43:
On September 11, 2001, numerous complaints received by the FBI-NK revealed that several individuals had been observed celebrating following the initial crash of an aircraft into the WTC. T-1, a resident of Union City, NJ, advised that at approximately 9:00 am, T-1's neighbor, T-2, called T-1 on the telephone to tell T-1 that T-2 saw smoke coming from the WTC. In order to see the WTC more clearly, T-1 used 7x33mm (likely 7x35mm) power binoculars to view the scene from the rear window of T-1's apartment. While looking in the direction of the WTC, T-1 observed three (3) males kneeling on the roof of a white van located in the rear parking lot of T-1's apartment complex. It appeared as though they had noticed T-1 as well.
T-1 described the males as white, mid-twenties, no facial hair, no glasses, "clean-cut," no hats, all wearing short sleeves, with lean builds. Other identifying data was also provided. T-1 described the white van as a "box"-style van which had no windows on the side; it reminded T-1 of a telephone company van.
According to T-1, one of the males appeared to be taking still photographs and video of the other males with the WTC in the background. All of the males appeared to be jovial in that they smiled, hugged one another, and gave "high fives". (See attached photos). As the vehicle later left that area, T-1 recorded the New Jersey State license plate as JRJ-13Y. Later that day when T-1's spouse returned home, T-1 provided the police with the information pertaining to the males.
A third complainant later reported having seen, on September 11, 2001, (time not noted), a big, white, model 2000 Chevrolet van, or possibly panel truck or U-Haul truck, bearing the words "Urban Movers" in black lettering along the side. The vehicle was observed in the Liberty State Park's Marine Terminal in Jersey City, NJ, located across the Hudson River from WTC.
Pursuant to this information, East Rutherford, New Jersey police authorities stopped an Urban Moving Systems van at a pre-positioned roadblock. The van, occupied by males similar to those described by witnesses, was traveling eastbound along State Route 3 in New Jersey. Following the stop, police detained the five (5) occupants, all believed to be Israeli Nationals, on the grounds that they may have possessed information pertaining to the WTC explosions. The matter was later forwarded to FBI-NW for further examination. The five occupants were detained for further questioning and later held for violations of their immigration status.
A search of the van and the vehicle's occupants was conducted at the time of the vehicle stop. The vehicle was also searched by a trained bomb-sniffing dog which yielded a positive result for the presence of explosive traces. Swabs of the vehicle's interior were taken, and those samples were sent to the FBI laboratory for further analysis. Final results are still pending.
Seizure of the individuals' property yielded the following: a 35mm camera, several personal telephone-style notebooks, back packs, airline tickets with immediate travel dates for destinations world-wide, Israeli passports (in some case, expired), a German passport, $4,700 in cash belonging to [blank, twelve characters=Oded Ellner,] and $1,022 in cash belonging to [blank]. Student identification cards later believed to be false were also found. Oddly, equipment typically used in a moving company's daily duties was not found, including work gloves, blankets, straps, ropes, boxes, dollies, rollers, etc. Also not found was the video camera that T-1 observed at least one of the males using to film the explosion at WTC.
The five (5) detained Israeli nationals, identified as [blank, blank, blank, blank] and [blank,] were interviewed subject to the limited scope of determining whether a video camera had been used, and if so, where the video camera is to be located now. The results of the individual interviews yielded a wide array of discrepancies with respect to the whereabouts of each of the individuals as it applied to the precise time of the attack on the WTC.
[Blank=eleven characters=Oded Ellner] advised interviewing agents that after having arrived at his workplace, Urban Moving Systems, located at 3 West 18th Street, Weehawken, NJ, around 8:00 am on September 11, 2001, he received a telephone call informing him that the first explosion had occurred. (Note: The first explosion actually occurred at 8:45 that morning.) [Ellner may indeed have received a telephone call at around 8:00 at the office; the cellphone records don't show any calls around that time. But that would have been to confirm that the mission was still on and to instruct him to make his way to Sivan Kurzberg's chosen observation point. So then they stopped for gas on the way, and arrived at Doric at about 8:15 with plenty of time in hand to be sure of "documenting" the event.] [Blank=six characters=Ellner] and his roommates (NFI) got into a company van and departed the workplace for a Gulf gasoline service station. Then, [blank, seven characters, e.g. Ellner,] in the company of his friends, traveled to another location in order to take photographs of the WTC.
[Blank=fourteen characters=Sivan Kurzberg] also stated that he arrived at work (Urban Moving Systems) around 8:00 am. Later, after [blank, six characters, most likely Ellner who claimed to have received a phone call, or could be Shmuel] told [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] about the explosion at WTC, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] looked on the internet and went to the roof of the building to observe the WTC and take photographs. Then, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] and friends (NFI) left the office and were caught in heavy traffic. Sometime between 10:00 am and Noon, and while attempting to return to their office, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] and his friends (NFI) stopped at a parking lot (adjacent to an apartment building) to take more photographs. [Kurzberg might have browsed Israeli website(s) for instructions after Ellner got his phone call, but Kurzberg's timeline is out by one to three hours in order to turn the physically impossible into the possible.]
[Blank=twelve characters=Yaron Shmuel] stated to one of the police officers after his arrest that the initial explosion occurred while he and the others were on the West Side Highway (Route 9A in New York City) traveling northbound toward the entrance of the Lincoln Tunnel. [Blank=six characters=Shmuel] later informed FBI-NK that he had arrived at work around 8:20 am, and only learned of the crash into the WTC from a co-worker. [Blank, blank, twenty-three characters, e.g. Shmuel, Sivan Kurzberg,] and [blank=eleven characters=Oded Ellner] got into a company van (the one they had used to travel from their residences in Brooklyn, NY to Weehawken, NJ) and traveled to a nearby parking lot to observe the WTC and take photographs. [Blank, blank = seventeen characters=Shmuel, Kurzberg,] and [blank=six characters=Ellner] were at the parking lot for approximately 10 minutes, sometime between 8:30 am and 9:00 am, but returned to Urban Moving Systems before 9:00 am.
Film obtained from the 35mm camera of one of the detainees was later developed and processed by FBI-NK. The photos depict [blank, blank, = twenty-three characters = Shmuel, Sivan Kurzberg,] and [blank=six characters = Ellner] located at an observation point later determined to be the parking lot adjacent to the Doric Tower apartments located at 100 Manhattan Avenue in Union City, NJ. The three (3) Israelis, sitting together on top of a white van, are visibly smiling on at least three (3) of the photographs.
The photographs also revealed that all five (5) Israelis later observed the WTC burning from a location on top of the roof of an Urban Moving Systems warehouse located adjacent to the Urban Moving Systems office location described herein.
At this point, more interviews were conducted to verify the accuracy of their statements, as well as to obtain any additional information concerning the video camera that was allegedly used by the Israelis. One such interviewee, T-3, claimed to have seen [blank=fourteen characters=Sivan Kurzberg, confirmed below as one of the five Israelis] in the Doric Towers on the afternoon of September 10, 2001. According to T-3, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] rode the elevator with T-3 and another, unidentified, Spanish-speaking male whom T-3 observed exiting the elevator on Floor 3. T-3 observed [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] exiting the elevator on Floor 9. Oddly, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] identified himself to the Spanish-speaking male as a "construction worker" working in the building until 7:00 pm that night. (Note: T-3 identified [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] from a photo lineup comprised only of the photographs of the five detained Israelis.)
T-1, the source of the original information pertaining to the Israeli males, was re-interviewed at a later date. T-1 confirmed for interviewing agents that it was a video recording device, rather than a still camera, that the Israelis had used in filming the WTC from atop the van. In fact, T-1 recalled quite clearly that the camera was a small, hand-held unit, with a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen which folded out and could be used in "panning".
In the early phases of the investigation, several other complaints surfaced concerning trucks and-or vans belonging to Urban Moving Systems that had been sighted in locations of significance with respect to the overall investigation of the hijacked flights on September 11, 2001. For instance, two (2) complaints were received which indicated that Urban Moving Systems vehicles had been spotted in the greater Boston, MA metropolitan area, one in Plymouth, MA and one in Nashua, NH. Additionally, an Urban Moving Systems truck (traveling westbound) had been stopped on September 10, 2001, near Montoursville, PA. At the time of the vehicle stop, the driver and passenger, [blank] and [blank] were identified as Israeli nationals. Later, the same truck was stopped on September 12, 2001 while traveling eastbound toward New Jersey.
Based primarily on the inconsistencies found in the statements of the five (5) detained Israelis, and the interviews conducted of T-1 and other tenants of the Doric Towers apartments, FBI-NK conducted polygraphs of [blank=eleven characters=Oded Ellner] and [blank, probably five characters=Sivan] [line space] [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] on September 13, 2001 concerning the issue of whether a video camera had been used to film the crash of an aircraft into the WTC. Both [blank=six characters=Ellner] and [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] denied that a video camera had been used. [Sentence blanked out. The fact that they classified this, and the fact that the FBI later make a statement about the Israelis' "denials and deception over the alleged usage of a video camera", indicates that Ellner and / or Sivan Kurzberg failed these lie detector tests.]
Based upon the aforementioned facts, FBI-NK then obtained a search warrant to search the offices of Urban Moving Systems in Weehawken, NJ. The search, conducted on September 13, 2001, met with negative results concerning a video camera. Nevertheless, fifteen (15) computers and a network server were seized from the Urban Moving Systems office. FBI-NK noted the unusually large number of computers relative to the number of employees for such a fairly small business. Further investigation identified several pseudo-names or aliases associated with Urban Moving Systems and its operations.
At this point in the investigation, Agents of FBI-NK's Foreign Counterintelligence (FCI) squad were consulted concerning the Israelis. Based upon the odd circumstances surrounding [blank, several lines classified here; see the report in Section 6 starting at page 38 where the issue here is revealed as the Israelis' "denials and deception over the alleged usage of a video camera" and "the noticeably positive reaction demonstrated by the Israeli detainees to the explosions at WTC"] reaction to the explosions at WTC, [blank.]
1. Did the Israeli nationals have foreknowledge of the events at WTC and were they filming the events prior to and in anticipation of the explosion?
[Blanked off paragraph here, which would certainly not have been classified had the answer been "no" together with supporting evidence for such a conclusion.]
[Blank=thirty-four characters, e.g. maps with Doric Towers highlighted / maps with Trade Center highlighted] provided the initial basis for a possible connection between the five (5) detainees and [blank]. [Note: Early reports stated that evidence linking the Israelis to the attacks consisted of maps "with certain places highlighted".] [Blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] admitted to an FBI-NYO polygrapher that he had been employed as a [blank=nine characters, e.g. map maker] in Israel with responsibility for [blank=twenty-three characters] in Israel. He would [plenty of material blanked off here]. [Note: It was Sivan Kurzberg who was at Doric Towers (Floor 9) on 9/10, according to an eyewitness report. Thus, the day before 9/11, Kurzberg would have established that the roof of the rear parking lot was a suitable vantage point for "documenting" plane crashes into WTC1 and WTC2, with the latter being targeted at an altitude of about 1,000 feet.]

Based on information provided by the Miami Division, Newark initially detained and interviewed four (4) employees of Classic International Movers (CIM), a New-Jersey-based moving company which was believed by Miami to have been utilized as a mover by one of the nineteen (19) alleged hijackers involved in the terrorist attacks. All four detained employees were identified as Israeli nationals who had [blank] and recently entered the U.S. from various locations in South America.
One of the CIM detainees, [blank] born [blank] was visibly disturbed by the Agents questioning regarding his personal E-mail account. [Blanked off sentence.] Of note is that CIM's telephone number also appeared in one of the aforementioned notebooks seized from the five (5) Israelis already held in detention by FBI-NK.
On September 14, 2001, FBI-NK conducted polygraph examinations of [blank, twelve characters, likely Omer Marmari] and [blank, twelve characters, probably Yaron Shmuel] to determine whether either possessed prior knowledge of the attack on the WTC. Not surprisingly, [blank=eight characters=Marmari,] who was not even present when the initial photographs were taken from the apartment parking lot, [blank, twenty-nine characters, e.g. passed all tests, but Shmuel,] who was present in the parking lot, [blank, nearly one line.]
The [blank] then attempted to determine, based upon witness interview statements, the statements made by the detainees themselves, and by other independent investigation, whether [blank, blank= twenty-three characters, e.g. Shmuel, Sivan Kurzberg,] and [blank=six characters, e.g. Ellner] could have been at the apartment parking lot vantage point prior to the first explosion at the WTC.
FBI-NK obtained witness statements and a gasoline receipt from the Gulf service station where the Israelis had purchased gasoline on September 11, 2001. Investigation determined that the Israelis purchased gasoline at approximately 2:14 pm, which was subsequently corroborated by reviewing the photographs taken by the Israelis that day. One such photograph depicts [blank, six characters, e.g. Shmuel or Ellner] using a squeegee to clean the windows of an Urban Moving Systems vehicle. Because the picture is chronologically one of the last taken that day, the gasoline had to have been purchased after the attack on the WTC.
A review of EZ-Pass records provided little by way of determining the exact location of the Israelis' vehicle (white van) during the actual time of the attack. According to EZ-Pass, the Urban Moving Systems van used by the Israelis to travel from Brooklyn, NY (location of their residences) to Weehawken, NJ on the morning of September 11, 2001 passed through the Brooklyn, NY entrance to the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel at 7:48 am.
FBI-NK obtained the videotape of a local news helicopter crew which provided footage of the explosion beginning just minutes after the initial impact of the aircraft into the North Tower (Tower #1) of the WTC. A comparison of this videotape with the still photographs taken by the Israelis implied that the Israelis [sic] photographs were taken closer in time to the explosion of Tower #2 (South Tower) than to the initial impact into Tower #1. This comparison, albeit non-scientific, corroborated the three Israelis' claim that they departed Urban Moving Systems for the parking lot observation point after hearing of the initial explosion.
Liaison with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) resulted in FBI-NK obtaining a duplicate record of the metropolitan New York Air Traffic Control radar traffic records for the morning of September 11, 2001. By way of background, one of the earliest photographs taken by the Israelis from the parking lot observation point shows what is believed to be a local news helicopter hovering over the Hudson River between the parking lot and the WTC (this helicopter appeared in the foreground of the third photograph taken). The FAA's radar traffic records identify a helicopter, belonging to a local radio station AM 880, slowly traveling in a southerly direction down the Hudson River and then hovering from 8:50 am until 9:03 am, (the time of the crash into Tower #2), at a position between Union City and the WTC on the morning of September 11, 2001. Although the results of this analysis verified that the Israelis were at the parking lot observation point between 8:50 am and 9:03 am, it did not provide a precise time.
According to T-1, it was the call from T-2, who is a neighbor and close friend, which initially prompted T-1 to look out of the window towards the WTC. It was at this time that T-1 had also observed the Israelis atop the white van. Since T-1 believed that T-2's call came immediately after the first explosion at the WTC, FBI-NK attempted to obtain the toll records of T-2's residential telephone for the purpose of determining the exact time of T-2's call. Unfortunately, electronic records of local calls are not maintained by the local telephone service provider; thus, no electronic "time stamp" verifying T-1's observation of the Israelis could be obtained.
An interview of T-5, one of the [blank] at Urban Moving Systems, revealed that T-5 had observed [blank, fourteen characters, but if Sivan Kurzberg, then a lie or mistake by T-5] and [blank, eleven characters, but if Oded Ellner, then also a lie or mistake by T-5] in the local dispatch area of the company upon "clocking in" at work at 8:58 am on the morning of September 11, 2001. Unfortunately, the second interview of T-5 was not conducted for the purpose of verifying T-5's earlier statements. Instead, the interview produced only additional background on Urban Moving Systems.
The cellular telephone, bearing telephone number [blank] and seized at the time of the vehicle stop, is opined to belong to [blank] since the electronic display shows the name [blank]. [Several blank lines.] [Blank=six characters, Ellner or Shmuel] advised FBI-NK in a follow-up interview that he had called [blank] [line feed] [blank] of Urban Moving Systems, while enroute to the parking lot observation point (100 Manhattan Avenue, Doric Towers) from the office. [Blank=six characters] authorized their departure, and noted that he himself was on his way to the office and expected to arrive there within a minute. [Blank] may, thus, corroborate [blank's] statements with respect to the approximate time when they were at the parking lot.

Details: On 09/11/2001, the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Newark Office (FBI-NK) received reports of several individuals from a white van engaging in celebratory acts after photographing and videotaping the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center (WTC). Pursuant to this information, FBI-NK directed local law enforcement to detain and question these individuals, later identified as [blank, blank] [line feed] [blank] [blank] and [blank. Blank, blank] and both [blank=nine=Kurzbergs] hold Israeli citizenship, while [blank, up to twelve characters, confirmed as Yaron Shmuel in Section 6 page 41] holds a German passport.
Each of the detained Israelis denied having used a video camera during the attacks on the WTC. Nonetheless, two (2) of the detainees, [blank=eleven characters=Oded Ellner] and [blank, approx. fourteen characters, e.g. Sivan Kurzberg] [blanked off sentence]. Numerous discrepancies in their statements, specifically as to their location during the time immediately preceding the attack on the WTC, as well as photographs in which some of the Israelis appear visibly happy by the attacks led FBI-NK to further pursue a possible criminal link between these Israelis and the events associated with the WTC.
A search of the offices of Urban Moving Systems, the employer for all of the Israelis, failed to uncover a video camera. However, FBI-NK discovered several networked computers at Urban Moving Systems, which appeared inconsistent with both the small size of the business and the small number of employees in the office. As a result, the investigation was then referred to Squad C-9, FBI-NK's foreign counterintelligence (FCI) squad, for further review and possible investigation. [Not a good move, since the investigation would lead inexorably to a predictable, politically motivated conclusion.] Two (2) more Israelis, [blank=twelve characters] and [blank=thirteen characters] were later polygraphed [two or three lines still classified].
FBI-NK's FCI squad then attempted to verify the statements made by the five (5) Israeli [sic] as to their whereabouts immediately preceding the attack on the WTC. Due to the on-going tasking of those agents involved with the initial investigation, the FCI squad was unable to obtain a complete written record of all interviews and investigative actions undertaken until several days later. During the course of those days, the FCI squad's independent investigation, to include FCI interviews and polygraphs of the five (5) Israelis, revealed that the five Israelis most likely did not possess prior knowledge of the WTC events. It is opined that the Israelis probably arrived at the parking lot observation point between the first and second attacks on the WTC.
The witness who described the video camera has been interviewed several times, and provided the same statement on each occasion. The disposition of the video camera, and why the Israelis would respond deceptively about possessing such a camera, thus, remains unresolved.
Finally, the number of discrepancies in the statements made by the five (5) Israelis continues to increase. For example, only after [blank=eleven characters=Oded Ellner] was interviewed four (4) times, twice by agents and twice by a polygraph examiner, did [blank=six characters=Ellner] volunteer that [blank=thirteen characters, probably Paul Kurzberg] was not only a [blank] [blank]at a [blank] but also the [blanked off for a few lines].

Both the Newark and the New York Divisions conducted a through [sic] investigation which determined that none of the Israelis had any information or prior knowledge regarding the bombing of the World Trade Centers. As a result of the above, Newark is advised to notify their local INS office that the FBI no longer has any investigative interests in the detainees and they should proceed with the appropriate immigration proceedings. At the time of their arrests, individuals had several cameras and rolls of film in their possession. FBI-NK developed the film, which had several photos of the World Trade Towers (WTC) with smoke coming out of at least one of the towers. Since the volume and density of the smoke did not seem to be very great, it appeared that the photographs were taken at a very early stage in the WTC event. Readily apparent in one of the photographs was a helicopter. FBI-NK opined that if the identity of the helicopter could be determined, then a close approximation of the time at which the photograph was taken could be made.
Discussion with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) representatives in Washington D.C. provided the following information; ATC tapes of the WTC event could be obtained in a CD-ROM format allowing viewing on a computer. The ATC radar information is not viewable from the time of 9:03am to 9:07am. With the WTC event occurring at approximately 08:46:35am Eastern Standard Time (EST) or 12:46:35 Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), (according to the timing window on the ATC tape), [Note: the FBI mean Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), which is 4 hours behind GMT; EST is 5 hours behind GMT] enough air traffic was captured on the tapes to provide a good analysis of air traffic in the vicinity of the WTC during the time that the photograph was taken.
Taking in account the position of where the photograph was taken relative to the WTC, identity of the helicopter in the picture is most likely a news helicopter with the FAA registration - N8BQ.
N8BQ arrived on station in the general vicinity where it was photographed at approximately 08:50 EST. N8BQ stayed at this position until 09:00 EST when it traveled in a South-West heading to a point south of World Trade Tower Number two. At this position, it would be out of the visual field of view for the photograph. This ten minute window does not provide enough information to accurately pinpoint the precise time at which the photograph was taken.
After increasing the resolution of the photograph and comparing the burn progression on World Trade Tower Number One to the video of the event taken from N8BQ, it is opined that the photograph depicts the scene at approximately 09:00am EST.
No further analysis of the radar tapes is expected at this time.

On March 21, 2001, [blank] arrived in U.S. on a 6-month Visa and went directly to Brooklyn, NY. [Blank] stayed in the Jewish-Israeli part of town, residing at a place called [blank] (ph).
[...This Israeli then went to stay in Miami, FL a couple of times between April and August, getting a Florida driver's license on his second visit.]
On approximately August 27, 2001, [blank] and [blank] were both in Brooklyn. [Blank] worked for Urban Moving Systems, Inc., Weehauken, New Jersey, and asked [blank] for help in a furniture delivery to [blank].
On September 10, 2001, [blank] agreed to help [blank] with another furniture delivery to Ohio. [Blank] and [blank] visited the Urban Moving Systems storage location (same as the office location) in Weehauken, New Jersey, on the same day to pick-up the furniture. They departed New Jersey Monday evening, driving a Penske truck. At 11:30 pm, they were stopped by the Pennsylvania State Police for a traffic violation, on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
On September 11, 2001, [blank] and [blank] arrived in Worthington, Ohio, to deliver furniture. At the customer's residence, they saw on television what has [sic] happened in New York with regard to the hijackings. They subsequently contacted their friends and family to inquire about their safety. FBI Philadelphia contacted the customer, [blank] [blank] Worthington, Ohio, telephone number [blank] who verified [blank's] statements.
[NB: Section 1, page 30, gives the destination as Columbus, OH, which is only some 11 miles south of Worthington. The route from Weehawken, NJ to Columbus, OH passes within 2 or 3 miles of Shanksville and Indian Lake in PA, the alleged crash site of "Flight 93". And although here it states that the customer verified the Israeli's version of events, Section 1 reveals that the delivery to Worthington / Columbus was unscheduled: "According to the moving company's [blank] the two (2) occupants and their vehicle were supposed to complete a moving job in a different part of the country."]
A toll receipt was later found in the Penske truck indicating that they entered the Chicago Skyway at 8:00 pm on September 11, 2001. [Blank] denied being in Chicago, although perhaps he did not understand the question, as his English is limited. FBI Philadelphia contacted [blank] [blank] Illinois, telephone number [blank. Blank] Informed Philadelphia that two Middle Eastern males delivered two chairs and a table to his residence at approximately 10:00 pm on September 11, 2001. Evanston is located just north of Chicago.
[It's a close to ten-hour drive from New Jersey to Ohio. Then a six-and-a-half hour drive to Evanston, IL. Then a thirteen- to fourteen-hour drive back to New Jersey, although they are stopped and detained in PA. That's about 30 hours' traveling time, plus unloading, between the Monday evening and the Wednesday.]
On September 12, 2001, returning home to New Jersey, through Pennsylvania, they were stopped again by the Pennsylvania State Police and detained upon learning of their employment with Urban Moving Systems. After examining their passports and other documentation, INS took custody of [blank] and [blank] and they were transported to the York County Detention Center in York, Pennsylvania.

On September 11, 2001, [blank] and [blank] were in Ohio and delivered furniture to [blank. Blank] had the television on and they heard of the terrorist attack while they were at [blank.] They drove to Chicago, Illinois, to deliver two chairs and a table and then begin heading home. They were anxious to return to New York. They stopped at a rest area to sleep for a few hours. [Blank] called home to his [blank] [blank] and to [blank] LNU, a Russian Israeli that [blank] has become friends with. These calls were made from [blank's] personal cellular telephone.
On their return home to New Jersey, they were stopped by the Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) and detained after PSP realized they were employed by Urban Moving Systems. Apparently, PSP had been advised to be on the lookout for an Urban Moving Systems van.
[Blank] was born in [blank,] Israel. After finishing 12 years of school, [several blanked out lines] has a [blank] and an [blank] who works for a [blank.] He has a [blank] that is still [blank.] He stated that neither he nor any of his relatives are involved with Israeli Intelligence.

After spending a few minutes at the lot, they drove back to Urban Moving Systems, where they went up on the roof of the building and took more still photographs but no videotape. At this point, [blank=six characters=Ellner] apologized for appearing happy in the photographs. He believes that the United States will take steps to stop terrorism in the world.
After coming down from the roof, [blank=six characters=Ellner] went back inside Urban Moving and again got on the internet, accessing CNN.com and YNIT.com. [It would have been YNET.co.il. Websites such as CNN.com did not carry the news until after 8:49:34, and the first reports were of a fire, not a plane crash. Traffic was so heavy that many servers collapsed.]
After Urban Moving closed for the day, [several blanked names, up to twenty-four characters, e.g. Ellner, Shmuel, Marmari,] [blank=five characters, e.g. Sivan] and [blank=thirteen characters, e.g. Paul Kurzberg] tried to find a way to get back to New York City. [Blank=six characters=Ellner] stated that on the way to the parking lot, [blank, twelve characters; thus, confirmed as Yaron Shmuel and eliminating the alternative possibility of Shmuel talking about Oded Ellner] remarked "I am glad I brought my camera today."
[Blank=six characters=Ellner] further remarked that the camera that he had used belonged to [blank, several blanked out words=twenty-nine characters] had a backpack with him that could have contained a video camera. [Blank=six characters=Ellner] also stated that there was a period when [blank=six characters=Ellner] and [blank=fourteen characters=Sivan Kurzberg] were on the roof taking still photos. On 09/17/2001, six days after the terrorist events of 09/11/2001, SAs [blank] and [blank] interviewed [blank] 100 Manhattan Avenue, [blank] Union City, New Jersey. [Blank] had previously telephoned the Newark FBI and indicated that he had photographs prior to the explosions at the World Trade Center.
The above-referenced agents retrieved the photographs from [blank] at his residence, however, upon review, the photos appeared to be taken around the time of the collapse of the first tower, not prior to the attack.
While in the apartment building, the interviewing agents were advised by security to speak to another tenant who might have knowledge of the event. Neither agent is able to recall the name of the woman at present.
The interviewing agents spoke with the referenced woman who provided no additional information. After determining that the woman could provide no relevant information, the agents thanked her for her time and proceeded to leave. The woman accompanied the agents to the elevator on her floor.
While waiting for the elevator, the agents noticed a drawing, approximately eye level, on the wall near the elevator call buttons. The drawing appeared to depict the World Trade Center towers. This was evident by the shape of the buildings depicted, with one tower bearing a large antenna at the top. There was no evidence indicating how long the drawing had been there.

On 10/30/2001 the Mercer County Sheriff's Office contacted the Trenton RA and advised that they an [sic] Israeli national in custody, acting suspiciously. This individual was driving a vehicle, a white 1997 MITSUBISHI truck which was registered to the [blank] Ca. [Blank] had an Israeli passport #[blank] and there were receipts in the vehicle showing that he paid a toll near the FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION CENTER at Pomona, NJ that same day. [Blank] could not provide an adequate explanation as to what he was doing that day. [Blank] was making deliveries of framed art work which was a direct violation of his B1/B2 visa. U.S. Immigration and Naturalization personnel on scene that day refused to take [blank] into custody for this violation. [Blank] was charged with driving with an invalid drivers license, issued a summons and released. No further investigation has been conducted regarding this incident.

Closing investigative memorandum relative to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Newark Division, Full Field investigation initiated September 14, 2001, surrounding circumstances indicating that five (5) Israeli Nationals identified as [blank, blank, blank, blank] and [blank] detained in conjunction with the PENTTBOMB, MAJOR CASE 182, investigation, had videotaped the 9/11/01, terrorist attack on the Twin Towers and may have possessed foreknowledge of the same. (Note: Newark's initial investigation of the five Israeli Nationals was conducted under the authority of the PENTTBOM investigation. Captioned investigation was initiated after the criminal investigation indicated a possible/undefined intelligence affiliation with an Israeli Intelligence Service.)
Newark investigation found no factual or substantive circumstantial information to corroborate eyewitness accounts the five (5) Israeli Nationals "videotaped" the attacks on the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center. Investigation did find that still photographs were taken of the attack by these individuals with a 35 mm camera found in their possession.
Newark investigation found no factual or substantive circumstantial information to indicate the five (5) Israeli Nationals were on top of a parking garage "videotaping" prior to first hijacked aircraft striking tower #2 of the World Trade Center. [Note: WTC1 was struck first, but pesky facts get short shrift when it comes to appeasement of terrorists, dissemination of propaganda and perpetuation of injustice.] Numerous circumstantial facts strongly support the five (5) individuals [sic] statements they traveled to the roof of the parking garage after learning of the attacks from radio broadcasts and Internet news sites. None of the pictures developed from the film found inside the 35 mm camera depicted the twin towers prior to the attack.
[Two of the Israelis, at least, were Mossad operatives. They're not going to be silly enough to keep hold of their video footage of the plane impacts until the police catch up with them, and they're going to allow ten minutes or so after the first impact before taking photographs in celebration. Thus, after allowing for the influence of highly-placed Israel-first individuals such as Michael Chertoff, they will not be accused of anything more than "puzzling behavior". However, the FBI cite the fact that the Israelis' pictures did not show the WTC prior to the attack as 'evidence' of the Israelis' innocence, conveniently ignoring all the evidence against them.]
Physical evidence found in the possession of the five (5) Israeli Nationals in conjunction with statements made by them during numerous interviews over several months indicates that [blank=thirteen characters=Paul Kurzberg] is [two lines blanked off]. [In this video, 5:15, Paul Kurzberg admits he was in an "anti-terrorist unit" in the Israeli Army.] Specifically, [blank=thirteen characters=Paul Kurzberg] admitted to being employed by the [blank] [blank] and further admitted attending a [blank for entire line] [blank. Blank] advised during an additional interview he was selected by the [blank, fifteen characters, confirmed below as "Jewish Agency" including quotation marks] to attend a [blank] for employees working outside the country of Israel. He advised his [blank] for the [blank] [blank] was in [blank]. Statements by [blank's] associates corroborated this fact but also revealed that [blank, four characters, e.g. Paul] may have also been stationed in other countries as well. Newark's investigation found no factual evidence to suggest that [blank, four or five characters, very likely Paul, given that the paragraph focuses on him] [line feed] [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] was operating in an overt or covert capacity inside the United States for the [blank=sixteen characters="Jewish Agency". That's counting the quotation marks and period, as revealed Section 6 page 54.] Furthermore, Newark found no basis to even remotely suggest [blank=thirteen characters=Paul Kurzberg] was in the possession of prior knowledge relating to the attacks on the World Trade Center of 9/11/01/.
[Members of the Jewish Agency For Israel (JAFI) Board of Governors include Israeli billionaire Eitan Wertheimer, who "loaned" Bernard Kerik $250,000 after Kerik traveled to Israel to meet him at the end of August 2001 and then claimed on September 16, 2001 that a "hijacker's passport" had been "discovered", and Natan Sharansky, who met for more than an hour with George W. Bush on November 11, 2004 after Bush's friend Tom Bernstein sent Bush a copy of Sharansky's book The Case for Democracy with a note urging him to read it. Sharansky is the Chairman of the JAFI Executive.]
[Within two weeks of the attacks, the FBI's National Security NS-2C unit had made it clear to special agents that any investigation incriminating Israel must be abandoned. On June 21, 2002, ABC News reported that Israeli and U.S. government officials worked out a deal to get the detainees back home to Israel. By July 2003, the report writers would have been under no illusions as to the politically required conclusion: Whatever the facts of the case, there would be "no factual or substantive circumstantial information" / "no factual evidence" / "no basis to even remotely suggest", etc., that the Israelis had any foreknowledge or involvement in the attacks, had videotaped the plane impacts, were working for Israeli Intelligence whilst within the U.S., or otherwise involved in anything apart from immigration violations, which could be used as a pretext for deporting them without a fuss.]

Physical evidence as well as [blank, seven characters, e.g. Sivan's] statements to Special Agents of the FBI corroborated Newark's belief that [blank, fifteen characters] was working for the Israeli government through his employment at the [blank, several words] offered no information to suggest that [blank, thirty-two characters, includes "was an" as per page 54, e.g. xxxxxx xxxxxxxx was an operative] of [blank, eight characters, e.g. Hamossad] or tasked to perform any overt or covert clandestine function in the Untied [sic] States. Newark found no basis to suggest [blank, up to fifteen characters] was in possession of or had any prior knowledge relating to the attacks on the World Trade Center of 9/11/01.
Physical evidence along with statements by [blank, up to twelve characters; revealed on page 54 to be first name of up to five characters and last name definitely seven characters, e.g. Omer Marmari] revealed an association between [blanked off for several lines]. More specifically, [blank=six characters, Ellner or Shmuel] never fully revealed to the satisfaction of interviewing agents, how hand written telephone numbers found in his personal notebook just happened to be [blank, several words]. In lite [sic] of the seriousness of Newark's investigation, and considering the totality of mounting circumstantial evidence indicating either direct or indirect links between the Five (5) Israeli Nationals [blanked for a few lines]. Newark found no basis to suggest [blank, Oded or Yaron] [blank=six characters, Ellner or Shmuel] was in possession of or had any prior knowledge relating to the attacks on the World Trade Center of 9/11/01.
[Blank, twenty-one characters, some variation of Omer Gavriel Marmari?; confirmed as Marmari by Section 3 page 61 and up; Section 6 page 55 confirms this as Omer Gavriel Marmari followed by a comma] was at first the least cooperative of the Five (5) individuals, but later gave a full accounting of his travel and activities while in the United States. Information provided by [blank=seven characters=Marmari] corroborated statements made by his associates, further strengthening the position there was no video camera used on the roof top of parking garage to make recordings just prior or during the attacks on the twin towers of the trade center.
A note pad belonging to [blank=twelve characters=Omer Marmari] contained two sets of numbers. Investigation revealed the overseas telephone number [blank] was coincidentally subscribed to by an individual in South America with authentic ties to Islamic militants in the middle east [blank]. This number was later indentified as a legitimate bank account belonging to a friend of [blank=nine characters=Marmari's] who lent him two hundred dollars ($200). The second telephone number once authenticated was according to FBI New York, associated with an [blank]. [Blank] advised this phone number belonged to an individual named [blank] a hashish dealer in the New York metro area. Physical evidence as well as statements by [blank=seven characters=Marmari] and the other four (4) individuals confirmed [blank's=nine characters=Marmari's] recreational drug use of mostly marijuana. Newark believes [blank's=nine characters=Marmari's] affiliation with individuals found [blank] was for the purchase of small quantities of illegal drugs. Newark's investigation ruled out a nexus between [blank=seven characters=Marmari] and the individual in South America, along with circumstantial ties to the individuals connected to FBI New York's [blank]. No articulate facts were found to demonstrate that [blank=twenty characters=Omer Gavriel Marmari; no typo this time] was in possession of or had any prior knowledge relating to the attacks on the World Trade Center of 9/11/01.
Newark's inquiry into [blank, thirteen characters including comma, hence Omer Marmari or Yaron Shmuel, confirmed as Shmuel below] concentrated on his travel in the United States, along with his use of a German passport he legally acquired from the German Embassy in Israel. Statements by [blank=six characters=Shmuel] corroborated information provided by his associates, and further strengthened the facts supporting the position there was no video camera used on the roof top of parking garage to make recordings just prior or during the attacks on the World Trade Center. Newark found no basis to suggest [blank=twelve characters=Yaron Shmuel] was in possession of or had any prior knowledge relating to the attacks on the World Trade Center of 9/11/01.
Background to the investigation.
On September 11, 2001, numerous complaints received by FBI-NK revealed that several individuals had been observed celebrating following the initial crash of an aircraft into the Twin Towers. T-1, a resident of Union City, NJ, advised that at approximately 9:00 am, T-1's neighbor, T-2, called T-1 on the telephone to tell T-1 that T-2 saw smoke coming from the WTC. In order to see the WTC more closely, T-1 used 7x33mmm (likely 7x35mm) power binoculars to view the scene ftom the rear window of T-1's apartment. While looking in the direction of the World Trade Center (WTC), T-1 observed three (3) males kneeling on the roof of a white van located in the rear parking lot of T-1's apartment complex. It appeared as though they noticed T-1 as well.
T-1 described the males as white, mid-twenties, no facial hair, no glasses, "clean-cut," no hats, all wearing short sleeves, with lean builds. Other identifying data was also provided. T-1 described the white van as a "box"-style van which had no windows on the side; it reminded T-1 of a telephone company van.
According to T-1, one of the males appeared to be taking still photographs and video of the other males with the WTC in the background. All of the males appeared to be jovial in that they smiled, hugged one another, and gave "high fives". (See attached photos). As the vehicle later left that area, T-1 recorded the New Jersey State license plate as JRJ-13Y. Later that day when T-1's spouse returned home, T-1 provided the police with the information pertaining to the males.
Another complaint received by FBI-NK revealed a second eyewitness who reported having observed a white van in the same parking lot as described by T-1. This eyewitness, however, observed the van in the parking lot as early as 8:00 am on the morning of the explosions at WTC.
A third complainant later reported having seen, on September 11, 2001, (time not noted), a big, white, model 2000 Chevrolet van, or possibly panel truck or U-Haul truck, bearing the words "Urban Movers" in black lettering along the side. The vehicle was observed in the Liberty State Park's Marine Terminal in Jersey City, NJ, located across the Hudson River from WTC.
Pursuant to this information, East Rutherford, New Jersey police authorities stopped an Urban Moving Systems van at a pre-positioned roadblock. The van, occupied by males similar to those described by witnesses, was traveling eastbound along State Route 3 in New Jersey. Following the stop, police detained five (5) individuals, all believed to be Israeli Nationals, on the grounds that they may have possessed information pertaining to the WTC explosions. The matter was later forwarded to FBI-NK for further examination. The individuals were detained for questioning and later held for violations of their immigration status.
A search of the van and individuals was conducted at the time of the vehicle stop. The vehicle was also searched by a trained bomb-sniffing dog which yielded a positive result for the presence of explosive traces. Swabs of the vehicle's interior were taken, and those samples were sent to the crime laboratory for further analysis.
Seizure of the individuals' property yielded the following: a 35mm camera, several personal telephone-style notebooks, back packs, airline tickets with immediate travel dates for destinations world-wide, Israeli passports (in some case, expired), a German passport, and thousands of dollars of cash. Student identification cards later believed to be false were also found. Oddly, equipment typically used in a moving company's daily duties was not found, including work gloves, blankets, straps, ropes, boxes, dollies, rollers, etc. Also not found was the video camera that T-1 observed at least one of the males using to film the explosion at WTC.
The five (5) detained Israeli nationals, [blank, blank, blank, blank] and [blank], were interviewed subject to the limited scope of determining whether a video camera had been used, and if so, where the video camera was to be located now. The results of the individual interviews yielded a wide array of discrepancies with respect to the whereabouts of each of the individuals as it applied to time period of the attack on the WTC.
[Blank=eleven characters=Oded Ellner] advised interviewing agents that after having arrived at his workplace, Urban Moving Systems, located at 3 West 18th Street, Weehawken, NJ, around 8:00 am on September 11, 2001, he received a telephone call informing him that the first explosion had occurred. (Note: The first explosion actually occurred at 8:45 that morning.) [Blank=six characters=Ellner] and his [blank, roommates in previous report, Section 5 page 45] (NFI) got into a company van and departed the workplace for a Gulf gasoline service station. Then, [blank, seven characters, e.g. Ellner,] in the company of his friends, traveled to another location in order to take photographs of the WTC.
[Blank=fourteen characters=Sivan Kurzberg] also stated that he arrived at work (Urban Moving Systems) around 8:00 am. Later, after [blank, six characters, most likely Ellner who claimed to have received a phone call, or could be Shmuel] told [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] about the explosion at WTC, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] looked on the internet and went to the roof of the building to observe the WTC and take photographs. Then, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] and friends (NFI) left the office and were caught in heavy traffic. Sometime between 10:00 am and Noon, and while attempting to return to their office, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] and his friends (NFI) stopped at a parking lot (adjacent to an apartment building) to take more photographs.
[Blank=twelve characters=Yaron Shmuel] stated to one of the police officers after his arrest that the initial explosion occurred while he and the others were on the West Side Highway (Route 9A in New York City) traveling northbound toward the entrance of the Lincoln Tunnel. [Blank=six characters=Shmuel] later informed FBI-NK that he had arrived at work around 8:20 am, and only learned of the crash into the WTC from a co-worker. [Blank, blank, twenty-three characters, e.g. Shmuel, Sivan Kurzberg,] and [blank=eleven characters=Oded Ellner] got into a company van (the one they had used to travel from their residences in [blank, previously stated as Brooklyn,] NY to Weehawken, NJ) and traveled to a nearby parking lot to observe the WTC and take photographs. [Blank, blank = seventeen characters=Shmuel, Kurzberg,] and [blank=six characters=Ellner] were at the parking lot for approximately 10 minutes, sometime between 8:30 am and 9:00 am, but returned to Urban Moving Systems before 9:00 am.
Film obtained from the 35mm camera of one of the detainees was later developed and processed by FBI-NK. The photos depict [blank, blank, = twenty-three characters = Shmuel, Sivan Kurzberg,] and [blank=six characters = Ellner] located at an observation point later determined to be the parking lot adjacent to the Doric Tower apartments located at 100 Manhattan Avenue in Union City, NJ. The three (3) Israelis, sitting together on top of a white van, are visibly smiling on at least three (3) of the photographs.
The photographs also revealed that all five (5) Israelis later observed the WTC burning from a location on top of the roof of an Urban Moving Systems warehouse located adjacent to the Urban Moving Systems office location described herein.
At this point, more interviews were conducted to verify the accuracy of their statements, as well as obtain any additional information concerning the video camera that was allegedly used by the Israelis. One such interviewee, T-3, claimed to have seen [blank, fourteen characters, confirmed below as one of the five Israelis, thus Sivan Kurzberg] in the Doric Towers on the afternoon prior to September 11, 2001. According to T-3, [blank, eight characters=Kurzberg] rode the elevator with T-3 and another, unidentified, Spanish-speaking male whom T-3 observed exiting the elevator on Floor 3. T-3 observed [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] exiting the elevator on Floor 9. Oddly, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] had identified himself, to the Spanish-speaking male, as a "construction worker" working in the building until 7:00 pm that night. (Note: T-3 identified [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] from a photo lineup comprised only of the photographs of the five detained Israelis.)
T-1, the source of the original information pertaining to the Israeli males, was re-interviewed at a later date. T-1 confirmed for interviewing agents that it was a video recording device, rather than a still camera, that the Israelis had used in filming the WTC from atop the van. In fact, T-1 recalled quite clearly that the camera was a small, hand-held unit, with a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) screen which folded out and could be used in "panning".
In the early phases of the investigation, several other complaints surfaced concerning trucks and/or vans belonging to Urban Moving Systems that had been sighted in locations of significance with respect to the overall investigation of the hijacked flights on September 11, 2001. For instance, two (2) complaints were received which indicated that Urban Moving Systems vehicles had been spotted in the greater Boston, MA metropolitan area, one in Plymouth, MA and one in Nashua, NH. Additionally, an Urban Moving Systems truck (traveling westbound) had been stopped on September 10, 2001, near Montoursville, PA. At the time of the vehicle stop, the driver and passenger, [blank] and [blank] were identified as Israeli Nationals. Later, the same truck was stopped on September 12, 2001 while traveling eastbound toward New Jersey.
On 09/17/01, [blank] was interviewed and given [a couple of lines blanked off here]. FBI Philadelphia noted that [a couple of blank lines, again]. On 09/21/01, upon Newark's seizure of documents obtained from the Penske truck in which [blank] was driving, a second interview of [blank] was conducted. [Blank's] statements to Philadelphia agents in conjunction with evidence taken from the Penske truck lead [sic] agents to believe that he most likely was truthful. Philadelphia concluded that he most likely was not directed [blank...] and did not have any prior knowledge of the attacks that occurred on 09/11/01.
On 09/17/01, a polygraph examination of [blank] was [blank.] A follow-up interview of [blank] on 09/21/01 was conducted along with a second polygraph which indicated he showed [blank.] Again, the Philadelphia agents opined that [blank line] and did not have any prior knowledge of the terrorist attacks that occurred on 09/11/01.
Based primarily on the inconsistencies found in the statements of the five (5) detained Israelis, and the interviews conducted of T-1 and other tenants of the Doric Towers apartments, FBI-NK conducted polygraphs of [blank=eleven characters=Oded Ellner] and [blank, probably five characters=Sivan] [line space] [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] [on September 13, 2001] on the issue of [blanked off here, but in previous report was "whether a video camera had been used to film the crash of an aircraft into the WTC."] Both [blank=six characters=Ellner] and [blank=Kurzberg, confirmed Section 5 page 47] [blanked off in this section but in Section 5 page 47 said "denied that a video camera had been used."] [Blank sentence.]
Based upon the aforementioned facts, FBI-NK then obtained a search warrant for a search of the offices of Urban Moving Systems in Weehawken, NJ. The search, conducted on September 13, 2001, met with negative results concerning a video camera. [Deleted from this later report is: "Nevertheless, fifteen (15) computers and a network server were seized from the Urban Moving Systems office. FBI-NK noted the unusually large number of computers relative to the number of employees for such a fairly small business. Further investigation identified several pseudo-names or aliases associated with Urban Moving Systems and its operations."]
At this point in the PENTTBOM investigation, Agents of FBI-NK's Foreign Counterintelligence (FCI) squad were consulted for the first time concerning the Israelis. Based upon the odd circumstances surrounding [blank=six characters, probably Ellner] and [blank's=sixteen characters=Sivan Kurzberg's] denials and deception over the alleged usage of a video camera the [sic] Israelis, and the noticeably positive reaction demonstrated by the Israeli detainees to the explosions at WTC, the [blank]
1. Did the Israeli nationals have foreknowledge of the events at WTC and were they filming the events prior to and in anticipation of the explosion?
[...] revealed two references to a [blank] born [blank] which further identified [blank] as a [blank] [blank].
Based on information provided by the Miami Division, Newark initially detained and interviewed four (4) employees of Classic International Movers, a New Jersey-based moving company which was believed by Miami to have been utilized as a mover by one of the nineteen (19) alleged hijackers involved in the terrorist attacks. All four detained employees, were identified as Israeli nationals, who had [blanked off in Section 6, but in Section 5 revealed to be "served in the Israeli military,"] and entered the U.S. from various locations in South America.
One of them [CIM detainees], [blank] born [blank] was visibly disturbed by the Agents questioning regarding his personal e-mail account. [Blanked off sentence.] Of note is that the telephone number for Classic International Movers also appeared in one of the aforementioned notebooks seized from the five (5) Israelis already held in detention by FBI-NK.
FBI-NK then [on September 14, 2001] conducted polygraphs of [blank, twelve characters, probably Omer Marmari] and [blank, twelve characters, probably Yaron Shmuel] to determine whether either possessed prior knowledge of the attack on the WTC. Not surprisingly, [blank=eight characters=Marmari,] who was not even present when the initial photographs were taken from the apartment parking lot, [blank, twenty-nine characters, e.g. passed all tests, but Shmuel,] who was present in the parking lot, [blank, nearly one line.]
The [blank] then attempted to determine, based upon witness interview statements, the statements made by the detainees themselves, and by other independent investigation, whether [blank, blank= twenty-three characters, e.g. Shmuel, Sivan Kurzberg,] and [blank=six characters, e.g. Ellner] could have been at the apartment parking lot vantage point prior to the first explosion at the WTC.
FBI-NK obtained witness statements and a gasoline receipt from the Gulf service station where the Israelis had purchased gasoline on September 11. Investigation determined that the Israelis purchased gasoline at approximately 2:14 pm, which was subsequently corroborated by reviewing the photographs taken by the Israelis (themselves) that day. One such photograph depicts [blank, six characters, e.g. Shmuel or Ellner] using a squeegee to clean the windows of an Urban Moving Systems vehicle. Because the picture is chronologically one of the last taken that day, the gasoline had to have been purchased after the attack on the WTC.
A review of EZ-Pass records provided little by way of determining the exact location of the Israelis' vehicle (white van) during the actual time of the attack. According to EZ-Pass, the Urban Moving Systems van used by the Israelis to travel from Brooklyn, NY (location of their residences) to Weehawken, NJ on the morning of September 11, 2001 passed through the Brooklyn, NY entrance to the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel at 7:48 am.
FBI-NK obtained the videotape of a local news helicopter crew which provided footage of the explosion beginning just minutes after the initial impact of the aircraft into the North Tower (Tower #1) of the WTC. A comparison of this videotape with the still photographs taken by the Israelis implied that the Israelis [sic] photographs were taken closer in time to the explosion of Tower #2 (South Tower) than to the initial impact into Tower #1. This comparison, albeit non-scientific, corroborated the three Israelis' claim that they departed Urban Moving Systems for the parking lot observation point after hearing of the initial explosion.
Liaison with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) resulted in FBI-NK obtaining a duplicate record of the metropolitan New York Air Traffic Control radar traffic records for the morning of September 11, 2001. By way of background, one of the earliest photographs taken by the Israelis from the parking lot observation point shows what is believed to be a local news helicopter hovering over the Hudson River between the parking lot and the WTC (this helicopter appeared in the foreground of the third photograph taken). The FAA's radar traffic records identify a helicopter, belonging to a local radio station AM 880, slowly traveling in a southerly direction down the Hudson River and then hovering from 8:50 am until 9:03 am, (the time of the crash into Tower #2), between Union City and the WTC on the morning of September 11. Although the results of this analysis verified that the Israelis were at the parking lot observation point between 8:50 am and 9:03 am, it did not provide a precise time.
According to T-1, it was the call from T-2, who is T-1's neighbor and close friend, which initially prompted T-1 to look out of the window towards the WTC. It was at this time that T-1 had also observed the Israelis atop the white van. Since T-1 believed that T-2's call came immediately after the first explosion at the WTC, FBI-NK attempted to obtain the toll records of T-2's residential telphone [sic] with a view towards determining the exact time of T-2's call. Unfortunately, electronic records of local calls such as that are not maintained by the local telephone service provider; thus, no electronic "time stamp" verifying T-1's observation of the Israelis could be obtained.
An interview of T-5, [one of the blanks] at Urban Moving Systems, revealed that upon "clocking in" at work at 8:58 am on the morning of September 11, 2001, T-5 had observed [blank, up to six characters] [line feed] [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg; Section 5 page 52 shows that the total including intervening space is fourteen characters, but if Sivan Kurzberg, then a lie or time inaccuracy by T-5] and [blank=eleven characters, but if Oded Ellner, then also a lie or mistake by T-5] in the local dispatch area of the company . Analysis and further commentary on the transcripts
The Israelis reveal their guilt by their own words on multiple occasions. They were caught in several lies, such as Yaron Shmuel's assertion that they were "on the West Side Highway" in New York City at the time of the "incident" (see page 4 of the police report). The FBI's review of EZ-Pass records showed that the Urban Moving Systems van used by the Israelis to travel from Brooklyn, NY (location of their residences) to Weehawken, NJ on the morning of September 11, 2001 passed through the Brooklyn, NY entrance to the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel at 7:48 a.m.. That was approximately 58 minutes before the alleged Flight 11 slammed into the North Tower.In another lie (Section 5 page 45), Sivan Kurzberg claimed they were "caught in heavy traffic" and did not arrive at the parking lot of the apartment complex until 10:00 a.m. or later, which is at least an hour after they were actually there. In this version, the three Israelis seen celebrating at the parking lot went up onto the roof of Urban Moving Systems after browsing internet news sites. Oded Ellner also lied with a claim that they stopped to get gas after the first plane crash on their way to the parking lot, which again renders the Israeli timeline even more impossible. The FBI found they had bought gas at about 2:14 p.m. and there is evidence that Ellner may have stopped at the gas station prior to the first impact.
[Blank=eleven characters=Oded Ellner] advised interviewing agents that after having arrived at his workplace, Urban Moving Systems, located at 3 West 18th Street, Weehawken, NJ, around 8:00 am on September 11, 2001, he received a telephone call informing him that the first explosion had occurred. (Note: The first explosion actually occurred at 8:45 that morning.) [Blank=six characters=Ellner] and his roommates (NFI) got into a company van and departed the workplace for a Gulf gasoline service station. Then, [blank, seven characters, e.g. Ellner,] in the company of his friends, traveled to another location in order to take photographs of the WTC.

Later, after [blank, six characters, most likely Ellner who claimed to have received a phone call, or could be Shmuel] told [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] about the explosion at WTC, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] looked on the internet and went to the roof of the building to observe the WTC and take photographs. Then, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] and friends (NFI) left the office and were caught in heavy traffic. Sometime between 10:00 am and Noon, and while attempting to return to their office, [blank=eight characters=Kurzberg] and his friends (NFI) stopped at a parking lot (adjacent to an apartment building) to take more photographs.Of particular interest is the decision of Sivan Kurzberg, Oded Ellner and Yaron Shmuel to travel to the parking lot in the apartment complex, prior to the second plane impact, even if we make no assumptions as to whether or not it was before the first crash. Ellner inadvertently reveals too much in his admission to the FBI that "only one side of one tower is visible from the roof of Urban Moving", whereas the parking lot provided a view of "the entire length of both towers". Here is another version of events provided by Ellner, as shown on pages 85 to 86 of the Section 5 of the FBI report:
Shortly after the first explosion, [blank=six characters=Ellner, given that he is the subject of this interrogation and other accounts have Ellner receiving the tip-off call] received a telephone call on his cell phone [blank] from a friend of his, identified only as [blank=six characters] (LNU). [Blank=six characters] told [blank=six characters=Ellner] of the explosion at the World Trade Center. [Blank=six characters=Ellner] and [blank=six characters=Shmuel] accessed the internet through two of the office computers and began reading about the events on CNN.com and YNIT.com, an Israeli newspaper.
A few minutes later, [blank=twenty-eight characters, e.g. Ellner, Sivan, Paul Kurzberg] and [blank=six characters, e.g. Shmuel] all went outside to look at the World Trade Center as it is visible from Urban Moving Systems. [Paul Kurzberg claims to have gone up on Urban Moving's roof at this point, and Ellner has retracted the part about stopping for gas on their way from Urban Moving to the Doric apartment block.] [Blank=twelve characters=Yaron Shmuel] and [blank=fourteen characters=Sivan Kurzberg] suggested that they take a picture of the event for history. [Blank, twenty-two characters=Ellner, Sivan Kurzberg] and [blank=six characters=Shmuel] climbed into the company van and drove to a parking lot fronting the Hudson River, which gave them a view of the entire length of both towers. [Blank=six characters=Ellner] is not sure if [blank=twelve characters, possibly Omer Marmari, who evidently wasn't there] was in the van with them. [Blank=six characters=Ellner] is unsure of the exact location of this lot [probably true, given that the site was chosen by Sivan Kurzberg] but advised that it only took five minutes to get there. [Blank, blank=fourteen characters, e.g. Ellner, Shmuel] and [blank=fourteen characters, e.g. Sivan Kurzberg] all climbed onto the roof of the van to get a better view of what was going on. [Blank=six characters=Ellner] admitted that they all took still photographs of the World Trade Center with [blank's=sixteen characters, e.g. Sivan Kurzberg's] 35 MM camera, but denied that he took any video or saw anyone with a video camera. No one mounted the camera on a tripod or any other mounting device. [Blank=six characters=Ellner] has no explanation of reports that they were observed videotaping the event.
After spending a few minutes at the lot, they drove back to Urban Moving Systems, where they went up on the roof of the building and took more still photographs but no videotape. [Blank, five characters if FBI's standard double-spacing between sentences, e.g. Sivan] stated that only one side of one tower is visible from the roof of Urban Moving. At this point, [blank=six characters=Ellner] apologized for appearing happy in the photographs. [Blank=six characters=Ellner, who said on Israeli TV "we are coming from a country that experiences terror daily"] stated that Israel has been dealing with incidents like this for years. He believes that the United States will take steps to stop terrorism in the world.
After coming down from the roof, [blank=six characters=Ellner] went back inside Urban Moving and again got on the internet, accessing CNN.com and YNIT.com.
After Urban Moving closed for the day, [several blanked names, up to twenty-four characters, e.g. Ellner, Shmuel, Marmari,] [blank=five characters, e.g. Sivan] and [blank=thirteen characters, e.g. Paul Kurzberg] tried to find a way to get back to New York City. On the way, they stopped at White Glove Movers. [This stop was probably when Marmari claimed he was awoken, in which someone put skis and a red bag in the back of the van. The video camera may have been handed over to sayanim at this point, although it was probably unloaded earlier.] [Blank=six characters=Ellner] does not know the exact location of White Glove but advised that it was about a ten minute drive from Urban Moving Systems. [Blank=six characters=Ellner] waited outside while [blank=twelve characters=Yaron Shmuel, since Omer Marmari was trying to sleep in the back] went inside and spoke with [blank] (LNU). [Blank=six characters=Ellner] indicated that many of [blank=twenty-four characters, e.g. Urban Moving's employees] work at White Glove. It was after leaving White Glove and looking for a crossing into New York, that they were stopped by the Police and arrested.
It was at this point that [blank=six characters=Ellner] admitted that he had additional information. [Blank=six characters=Ellner] stated that on the way to the parking lot, [blank=twelve characters; thus, confirmed as Yaron Shmuel and eliminating the alternative possibility of Shmuel talking about Oded Ellner; Omer Marmari is already ruled out in that twelve-character slot since he did not go to the parking lot] remarked "I am glad I brought my camera today."

The north side of the North Tower, which was hit by the alleged Flight 11 at approximately 8:46:30 a.m. on 9/11, faces somewhat east of north. Given that Urban Moving Systems was north and slightly west of the WTC site, the South Tower would have been obscured by the North Tower, but the north and west faces of the North Tower would have been visible from the roof of UMS. The following photo is probably taken from slightly east of north of the North Tower; its north and west faces are visible, and the South Tower is in the background to the left.So our "innocent" Israelis, engaged in "honest toil" as "movers" on a "working holiday" in a foreign country, learn that an aircraft has crashed into the World Trade Center. As Christopher Ketcham pointed out (excerpt below), during the 17 minutes prior to the second impact, innocent bystanders would have believed the incident was merely a terrible accident.
Here are a few questions:
- Why would anyone need or find it desirable to travel to another observation point that provided "a view of the entire length of both towers" prior to the second impact, given that the Urban Moving Systems roof provided a suitable vantage point for observing and "documenting" a plane crash into the north face of the North Tower at around the 95th floor, plane crashes did not have a history of bringing down 110-story buildings, and innocent bystanders were unaware that a second plane was scheduled to approach from the south and crash into floors 78 to 84 of the south face of the other tower minutes later? After all, some of New York's tall buildings are visible even at street level at W. 18th Street, Weehawken (click here for Google Street View), and more are visible at street level just down the road at Willow Avenue where Urban Moving rented storage space.
- Why would anyone who was already located at a suitable vantage point for "documenting" a plane crash choose instead to persuade their colleagues to take time off work, collect their cameras, back packs and notebooks, rush out to their company van, drive through rush-hour traffic to another observation point that is normally a four or five-minute drive from the office, drive into the apartment complex, around to the rear parking lot, park at an angle to the fence so that the front of the van faces in a south-southeast direction towards the WTC, get out of the van with their cameras, climb onto the roof (all of this wasting valuable "documenting" time), in order to obtain a "view of the entire length of both towers"? Why was it so important to get an unobstructed view of the South Tower, before it was hit by a plane?
- Why would movers, supposedly on a "working holiday", take such an interest in "documenting" a straightforward plane crash that they would choose to leave their workplace, given that the mainstream media would be quite capable of recording the event, and given that the movers' boss Dominik Suter had a reputation for being tight with money and thus would have been unlikely to let them have time off work for their new hobby? Omer Marmari, although not one of those seen at Doric Towers, even claimed he'd been so concerned that he might have been late for work that day that he barely had time to glance at television monitors showing the smoking WTC.
- How would amateur journalists know, prior to the second plane impact, that what was originally a simple plane crash would go on to become a "new Pearl Harbor" and pivotal event at the turn of the century, such that it would be worth taking time off work to go away and "take a picture of the event for history"?
- If three people are informed by telephone of a news event, two of them have at most to grab binoculars and look out the window, and the third must get on the internet and browse U.S. and Israeli news sites, persuade several colleagues that the event is worthy of taking time off work to go away and "document" it for historical purposes, collect cameras, back packs and notebooks, rush out to a van, drive through rush-hour traffic to an observation point chosen on the spur of the moment that is normally a four or five-minute drive from the office, drive into the apartment complex, around to the rear parking lot, park at an angle to the fence so that the front of the van faces in a south-southeast direction towards the WTC, get out of the van with the cameras, and climb onto the roof, which of them would likely take longest to complete the task?
- How could the Israeli news site YNET.co.il and the U.S. site CNN.com have news posted about the first plane crash so that several Israelis could browse the internet and read about it on Urban's computers for a "few minutes", then three of the Israelis decide it would be a good move to grab their cameras, jump into their employer's van and take time off work in order to "document" the event, go on a four or five-minute journey through rush-hour traffic, make a left turn and drive along to a parking lot at the back of an apartment complex, jump out and climb onto the top of the van and turn on their cameras, all before the local AM WINS news radio station was able to broadcast its breaking news report from a WINS account executive who was on scene and actually telephoned the WINS newsroom as the first plane crashed?
- Why would movers who had judged a single plane crash to be such an important historical event that it was worth "documenting" by taking time off work, driving through rush-hour traffic to a vantage point that provided "a view of the entire length of both towers", climbing atop the van, etc, decide within a few minutes - and probably after a second plane impact, that it was not worth staying for and they should return to the workplace (in one of Ellner's version of events) or move on to Liberty State Park? How did they know there wouldn't be a third plane crash within the next few minutes, which they would miss if choosing to move on?
- Why should movers cum amateur journalists perceive a plane crash to be an event worth celebrating, smiling, giving each other high fives, hugging each other, joking in cries of joy and mockery, posing to be photographed with the burning building in the background whilst flicking a lighter like they were at a rock concert, etc?
- Why did Oded Ellner, after apologizing for appearing happy in the photographs, go on to attempt to explain it with remarks about how Israel had been "dealing with incidents like this for years" and how he believed the United States would "take steps to stop terrorism in the world", when all publicly available evidence at the time of the three Israelis appearing happy pointed to a single accidental plane crash?
- Why would movers who were not complicit in terrorism, who were merely "documenting" a plane crash whilst on a "working holiday" in a foreign land, and who could at most be in trouble for illegal working and immigration violations, need to lie about their movements between the hours of 08:00 a.m. and 09:00 a.m. on September 11, 2001?
- Why would Yaron Shmuel need to lie with a claim that they were on the "West Side Highway" at the time of the "incident"?
- Why would Oded Ellner need to lie with a story about stopping at a Gulf gas station after learning of the first impact whilst at Urban Moving Systems' office at 3 West 18th Street, Weehawken, but before being seen on top of a van parked at the Doric apartment block rear parking lot, 100 Manhattan Avenue, Union City, before the local WINS 1010 news radio station had even broken the news of the first plane crash?
- Why would Sivan Kurzberg, whose job in Israel had involved hunting Arabs for the Zionist regime, need to lie with a story about looking on the internet and climbing up on the Urban Moving Systems roof after learning of the first plane impact and then getting "caught in heavy traffic", prior to being seen on top of a van parked at Doric before the local WINS 1010 news radio station had even broken the news of the first plane crash?
Oded Ellner, Yaron Shmuel and Sivan Kurzberg are driving along Manhattan Avenue, Union City in the Urban Moving Systems van, having left their workplace minutes previously for a delivery / collection, when one of them receives a telephone call informing them of a plane crash into the World Trade Center from a friend who saw it happen. [This would require evidence of an incoming cell phone call at about 8:47 to 8:48, evidence which doesn't exist. It would also require that they hadn't given so many alternative accounts of events.] One of them notices the Doric apartment block coming up on their left, and remarks that it would be a good place to see the event. They drive into the apartment block, around to the rear parking lot, park facing the WTC, get out and climb on top of the van with their cameras, which by a lucky coincidence they just happen to have with them, just before a couple of witnesses look out of their windows and see the Israelis kneeling atop the van.
The evidence on Section 3 page 67 shows that the lady who telephoned the main eyewitness to inform her of the disaster was actually prompted to look out of the window by the sound of the impact or explosion as the first plane slammed into the North Tower at approximately 8:46:30 a.m. Thus, assuming it took her two minutes to scan the area before observing the smoking WTC, she then "immediately" went to telephone her friend. Assuming that took a minute, and it took her friend another minute to grab her binoculars, look out the window, and see the van parked with the celebrating Israelis kneeling on its roof, this occurred at approximately 8:50 to 8:51.
This estimate of a four-minute delay for the eyewitness is likely to be on the high side. The eyewitness testified that she was listening to WINS 1010, the local AM news radio station, before receiving her telephone call and going to look out of her window, and she did not hear any news about the WTC. James Faherty broke the news on WINS, and this is how he describes it:

I was seated behind the studio microphone, listening to a prerecorded report on some lawsuit du jour, when a 1010 WINS assignment editor’s voice, in extremely urgent tones, came over my earpiece: “A plane has crashed into the World Trade Center! Breaking news now! Go to Joan Fleischer, live on the phone!” I interrupted the taped segment that was airing, and announced the bulletin. Fleischer, a 1010 WINS account executive, lived just blocks away from the World Trade Center, and was standing on the roof of her building, cell phone in hand.
From her rooftop on North Moore Street, Fleischer was very close to the Towers. She noticed a plane flying much lower than she had ever seen in the NYC skies, and knew what was going to happen. Instead of calling the police or fire department, she called the WINS newsroom and spoke to Mason.
“As I said, ‘There’s going to be a plane crash,’ the plane tilted to the left and slammed into the building,” says Fleischer, who now works for WINS’ sister station, WCBS 880. “As I said, ‘crash,’ it hit.”
Mason did the logical thing: He called Fleischer back from a line that could be patched into the studio on the air. In Fleischer, WINS had someone from the station, albeit not a reporter, with a bird’s eye view of the carnage as it was unfolding. Had it been just a regular caller, the station would not have gone with such a live report.
[Blank] and his [blank] are [blank] for Doric Towers. On the morning of 9/11/01 [blank] was painting in Apartment [blank] Less than 5 minutes after the 1st plane hit the North tower of the World Trade Center [blank] comes to Apartment [blank] and informs [blank] of the disaster. [Blank] stands up from painting the baseboard, looks out of the window, and notices 3 young men taking video and still photographs from atop the roof of the parking garage adjoining Doric Towers. He also see [sic] a white utility van next to the men and a brown van further behind. There were no other people in the parking lot at that time. He believes this occurred between 9:00am and 9:10am. [Blank] exits apartment [blank] and goes to his apartment at [blank] which takes approximately 5 minutes. He looks out of the window and sees both towers on fire. After 6 to 7 minutes he goes to another window in his apartment and sees that the men and both the white and brown van gone.So, in the scenario of the Israelis just happening to drive past the apartment block just after the first impact, it's just feasible that they might have received a telephone call, driven into the apartment block, around to the rear parking lot, got out with their cameras, and climbed atop the van, in time for the witnesses to observe them. That still wouldn't explain why the Israelis regarded a plane crash to be such an amusing, joyous event. It's also highly credible that an apartment block resident would, after learning the WTC was on fire, "immediately" telephone her friend and neighbor whom she knew would be able to get a good view from her apartment. It's not so likely that an Israeli, after quickly learning of a plane crash, say, because he just happened to be at the scene at the time, would be motivated to "immediately" call an Israeli friend who worked as a "mover", when the mover could by definition be almost anywhere and quite probably at a location that did not provide a view of the WTC. And local residents would be expected to take a greater interest in a plane crashing into a local building just across the river, compared to someone who was on a "working holiday" in a foreign land and had no ties to the area. However, it didn't happen like that. The Israelis claim to have been at their 3 West 18th Street, Weehawken workplace when receiving the news of the first plane crash. Almost certainly, they were already atop the van at the Doric apartment block's rear parking lot with their cameras, in time to videotape the initial impact, but they perceived various alibis of being anywhere but Doric at the time of the "incident" as less incriminating.
Assuming Ellner's friend is inexplicably remarkably quick in telephoning him with the news; it took a minute for one Israeli to read about the first plane crash on CNN.com as another Israeli read about it on the Israeli news site YNET.co.il; a minute for the three of them to make the collective decision that a plane crash was worth "documenting" for "history" and to gather up their cameras and run out to the van; four minutes for the journey in the rush hour as they select their vantage point on the fly (and Sivan Kurzberg said they were "caught in heavy traffic", so Google Maps' minimum time of four minutes is probably optimistic given the time of around 08:50 a.m.); and a minute to drive into the apartment complex and around to the rear parking lot, park facing the WTC, get out and climb on top the van with their cameras; then the news would have to have been posted at the CNN and Israeli news websites seven minutes before the 1010 WINS local news radio station announced it on air. So both websites have it up as early as 8:48, even seconds before CNN TV footage cuts into an advert with breaking news, and WINS is as late as 8:55, the latest possible time given that the second impact hadn't occurred at almost eight minutes into the WINS live commentary on the first impact. It's a preposterous scenario. WINS even had one of their account executives on scene who was already speaking on her cell phone to the WINS newsroom as the first plane crashed. Moreover, even in the least improbable of the many conflicting versions of events claimed by the Israelis, they spend a "few minutes", not one minute, reading about the event on the internet before going outside. Thus, even the least improbable Israeli version of events requires a suspension of the laws of causality and General Relativity. But that is at least consistent with the government conspiracy theory's requirement for a suspension of the laws of thermodynamics, thermochemistry, probability, etc.
After they were released and safely back in Israel, three of the 9/11 Israeli "movers" - Oded Ellner, Omer Marmari, and Yaron Shmuel - appeared on a television talk show that winter.
Christopher Ketcham, a freelance reporter who shies away from the inescapable fact that Israel and Zionist forces were the principal perpetrator of 9/11, nevertheless makes the eminently sensible point that Ellner, by his own admission, was "documenting with film and video a terrorist act before anyone" (other than the perpetrators) "knew it was a terrorist act".
It takes 16 to 18 minutes to drive from the Brooklyn-Battery Tunnel to Urban Moving Systems' office at 3 West 18th Street, Weehawken. And the time taken to drive from the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to Doric Towers, 100 Manhattan Avenue, Union City is similar at 15 to 18 minutes, albeit via an alternative route. Thus, if the Israelis had gone to Urban Moving Systems en route to the Doric apartment block, they would have arrived at work at approximately 8:05.
For the Israelis, an advantage of being at the Urban Moving Systems office is that they could have someone telephone them on a local call to confirm that the mission was still on. Since, as the FBI revealed, "Unfortunately, electronic records of local calls are not maintained by the local telephone service provider", there would be no trace, unlike their cell phones which retain records of the times of incoming, outgoing and missed calls. Alternatively, they could communicate via the internet using one or two of Urban's many computers.
They might have stopped to get gas; for example: "On 9/11/01, [blank] was working an 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM shift at the gas station. [Blank] stated that a white van belonging to URBAN MOVING came in for gas in the morning. [Blank] remembered that the driver had short, dark hair. He remembers the driver because the driver had been to the gas station in the past and had spoken some phrases in Arabic to [blank] does not know if any other people were in the van with the driver. [Blank] does not know the name of the driver." The short, dark hair matches Ellner's description.
Ellner firstly attemped an alibi in which he stopped to get gas en route from Urban Moving Systems to Doric. That had to be abandoned, since it allowed even less likelihood of arriving and getting on top the van early enough to be observed by the eyewitnesses. Similarly, Sivan Kurzberg's claim about going up on Urban's roof and then getting "caught in heavy traffic" might have sounded good at the time, but did not allow for the fact that they'd been sighted too early to make such alibis feasible. And the same for Shmuel's story about being on the "West Side Highway" in New York City. In the early stages of their arrest and subsequent questioning, they would not have known when and where they had been seen by someone who regarded their behavior as sufficiently "puzzling" to report it, so would not have known which alibis could work.
So if Ellner got his telephone call at around 8:05 to 8:10 or they quickly browsed the internet - e.g. logged on to Odigo - for confirmation, stopped at the Gulf gas station on the way, and were perhaps caught in heavy traffic at one point, prompting Kurzberg's statement, that would still leave plenty of time to be set up to capture the first impact at 08:46 to 08:47. And it would be consistent with the witness who saw a white van with no windows park in a space at the Doric rear parking lot at around 8:15, assuming that estimate was a little early.
All the individuals, Israelis and non-Israelis alike, tend to be 10 or 15 minutes out with their recollections of absolute time, but the known facts point to Ellner receiving his information well in advance of the first impact at around 08:46:30. However, there is no need for speculation. It is obvious that one or more of the Israelis had foreknowledge of the first plane crash into WTC1 (hence their four-to-five-minute journey and setting up with their cameras on the roof of the van at the Doric parking lot, all before the local news radio station had broken the news), the second plane crash into WTC2 (hence the requirement for a vantage point such as the Doric parking lot, which provided "a view of the entire length of both towers", their knowledge that the event would be worth "documenting" for "history", and their joy and celebrations prior to the second impact), and the fact that there would not be a third crash within fifteen minutes or so of the second (hence their decision to leave the parking lot "a few minutes" after they claimed to have arrived, probably just after taking video of the second plane approach and impact).
Once the Israelis were safely home in Israel, they were able to work on their alibis, albeit much too late. At 3:56 in this video, Paul Kurzberg claims they heard about the (first) plane crash on the news and at first thought it was an accident. He says, "We went up to the roof of Urban Moving and we saw the building burning". Yaron Shmuel, attempting to justify their decision to travel to the apartment complex, says, "There is a better view from a building in Jersey which is up a hill, a straight line to the World Trade Center. We decided to go up there, it's like, two, three minutes from the office".
Corroborating evidence
The available evidence on 9/11 shows that the principal perpetrator was Israel, aided by elements of the Bush administration and the CIA. Long before 9/11, Israel already had a reputation for staging false-flag terrorism for political ends. At other times they would make little attempt to conceal their identity. On September 10, 2001, the Washington Times published details of a study by the Army School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS), which had this to say of Israel's Mossad: "Wildcard. Ruthless and cunning. Has capability to target U.S. forces and make it look like a Palestinian/Arab act." In 1946 Menachem Begin's Irgun Jewish terrorists dressed as Arabs and bombed the King David Hotel, killing 92 people. The Irgun also plotted to assassinate British foreign secretary Ernest Bevin, and fortunately that conspiracy was foiled by MI6. In 1954, an Israeli spy ring was arrested in Egypt. These Israeli assets had been assigned to attack U.S. and British interests in Cairo and Alexandria. "Operation Susannah" is a typical example of false-flag terrorism in which the perpetrators aim to pin the blame on another party - in this case, Egypt and "the Arabs" - for political gain. The operation was unsuccessful, the Israeli defense minister Pinhas Lavon was forced to resign as a result of the scandal, and the incident became known as the Lavon Affair.In 1967 Israel carried out a sustained air and naval attack on the USS Liberty for over an hour, employing torpedoes, machine guns and napalm rockets, even to the extent of machine-gunning lifeboats launched to save the most seriously wounded. 34 men were killed and more than 170 wounded. According to Israel, the attack was an "accident" due to "misidentification". The ancient Egyptian freighter that Israel claimed to have mistaken the Liberty for was of radically different appearance, and there is ample evidence they were well aware that their target was an American ship, following two days of reconnaissance by Israeli planes. Moreover, an Israeli pilot spoke up fifteen years after the incident, saying that he immediately recognized the ship as American, told his headquarters but was ordered to carry on with the attack. After he refused and returned to base, he was arrested. Others also talked, confirming that they had heard that pilot's radio report.
In 1991 Israeli security officials inspected the garage of Zim American Israeli Shipping in the World Trade Center, and concluded that the WTC garage would be vulnerable to a car bomb. In 1993 the WTC garage was hit by a car bomb. The FBI had been aware of the plot via their informant Emad Salem yet let it go ahead, killing six and injuring more than a thousand in the resulting fires after a plan to substitute harmless powder for the explosives was called off by an FBI supervisor. According to Israeli intelligence sources, Ahmad Ajaj, involved in the early stages of the plot, was a Mossad mole. The fires provided a pretext for subsequent fireproofing "upgrades" in the Twin Towers.
In 1995 Benjamin Netanyahu, former unit team leader in the IDF's elite special forces unit Sayeret Matkal and future Israeli Premier (1996-9 and 2009-), wrote about "militant Islam" bringing down the World Trade Center. Benjamin's father Benzion was secretary and pallbearer to Ze'ev (Vladimir) Jabotinsky who founded the Revisionist Zionist Alliance, a militant faction within Zionism. Benzion's mentor was Abba Ahimeir, Jabotinsky's lieutenant, who wrote a column in the Revisionist Zionist magazine Doar Hayom. Under the title "From the Notebook of a Fascist", Ahimeir would praise Mussolini and refer to Jabotinsky as "our Duce", and said that Hitler is on the right track but for his "excessive anti-Semitism". The Irgun Zvai Leumi was one of several Jewish terrorist organizations inspired by Jabotinsky's movement. Menachem Begin was, like Benzion Netanyahu, another close disciple of Jabotinsky. Begin was the final commander of the Irgun in 1946 when its Jewish terrorists, dressed as Arabs, blew up the King David Hotel. In 1996 after Netanyahu was "unexpectedly" elected Israeli Prime Minister in the wake of a wave of so-called "suicide bombings", the Institute for Advanced Strategic & Political Studies published a paper for him entitled A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm. The paper suggested drawing attention to Syria's "weapons of mass destruction program", and admitted that "removing Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq" was "an important Israeli strategic objective in its own right".
In 1998 Philip Zelikow, a Jewish American writer and historian, co-authored an article which described a "transforming event" rather like "Pearl Harbor", which would "divide our past and future into a before and after". In another few years, Zelikow went on to become the executive director of the "9/11 Commission". In October 1999, EgyptAir Flight 990 (a Boeing 767) plunged into the Atlantic, killing all 217 on board including 33 Egyptian army officers. No mechanical cause for the crash was ever found, and it was blamed on a "suicidal Muslim" co-pilot, a claim that was publicised by The New York Times, which had been under Jewish ownership since 1896. As Flight 990 went down, Rabbi Dov Zakheim was CEO of SPC International - a world leader in aircraft remote control technology incorporating a "Flight Termination System" capable of simultaneously taking over a number of in-flight aircraft and issuing commands via a "Command Transmitter System". A few weeks later, bioterrorism "expert" Jerome Hauer announced he would step down from his position as Director of the Mayor's Office of Emergency Management early in 2000, having successfully conducted an emergency operation from the OEM, based on the 23rd floor of World Trade Center Building Seven (WTC7), in response to the outbreak of West Nile Fever in the city which occurred the year after he persuaded Mayor Giuliani to develop a vaccine against it. As of 1999 - 2000, the Naval Surface Warfare Center at Indian Head, MD (NSWC-IH), was described as the "only reliable source of aluminum nanopowders in the United States".
From January 2000 to September 2001, more than a hundred Israelis posed as "art students" and attempted to penetrate U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) offices and other federal buildings including 36 sensitive Department of Defense (DoD) sites. On March 3, 2000, it was reported that the Pentagon's finances were "in disarray", and that in 1999 the Defense Department's accountants had needed to make almost $7 trillion in "adjustments" to try to reconcile bookkeeping discrepancies. They could not show receipts for $2.3 trillion of those corrections. There were hundreds of computer systems running various military accounts, but these were not integrated, and the financial records were not up to accounting standards or capable of even facing an audit. In September 2000, Rabbi Zakheim of SPC was amongst the signatories to Rebuilding America's Defenses, a report published by The Project for the New American Century (PNAC), which wrote of the advantages of a "new Pearl Harbor". Over several years in the run-up to 9/11, fireproofing "upgrades" were being carried out at the World Trade Center's Twin Towers.
After George W. Bush was sworn in as president in January 2001 and said, "We will confront weapons of mass destruction...", a clique of warmongers with strong attachments to Israel and PNAC achieved powerful positions in the Bush administration. In February Bush nominated Rabbi Zakheim to serve as Comptroller at the Pentagon and Under Secretary of Defense. On May 4, Dov Zakheim was sworn in as Pentagon Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Defense. On May 31, Thomas E. White - who had been on JINSA trips to Israel and who as former CEO at Enron was linked to the massive fraud there - was sworn in as Secretary of the Army, thirty days after being nominated by George W. Bush. Towards the end of July 2001, six weeks before the WTC was destroyed in terror attacks involving Boeings that, evidence suggests, were electronically hijacked by remote control, Benjamin Netanyahu's friend Larry Silverstein, in partnership with Ehud Olmert's billionaire Australian friend Frank Lowy who fought "in the Jewish underground", took control of the WTC lease, and insured the buildings against terror attacks for billions of dollars, with a clause stating that in the event of a terrorist attack, the partners could not only collect the insured value of the property, but would also be released from all of their obligations under the 99-year lease. On September 4, the Zim-American Israeli Shipping Co. moved out of the WTC, transferring their HQ to Norfolk, Virginia.
On the morning of 9/11 Odigo, an Israeli instant messaging company with offices in Herzliya, Israel and New York, provided two hours' advance warning of an attack on the World Trade Center. Then, as mentioned above, a group of Israelis parked a van in an apartment block parking lot that was a 4 to 5-minute drive from their workplace and were seen taking video footage of the smoking WTC1 before the news had even been broken by the local AM news radio station. They were later arrested that afternoon after being seen celebrating and after tie-ins to the 9/11 attacks were found in their van. The Pentagon's bookkeeping section was targeted, destroying computers and documents, and killing dozens of accountants, bookkeepers and budget analysts. The motive for this is explained by the fact that if hundreds of billions of dollars had been stolen, the fraudsters would be able to say that they tried their best, and were actually able to trace and recover some of the $2.3 trillion that lacked receipts. However, they would quickly explain that the terror attacks had destroyed the money trails, and it would never be possible to know exactly how much money was missing - or, more importantly, where it went. Uncharacteristically, Larry Silverstein did not breakfast at the Windows on the World restaurant on the 106th and 107th floors of the North Tower that day, and his two children were also spared as they did not turn up for work that day at Silverstein Properties. The explanation provided was that Silverstein coincidently had a "dermatologist's appointment" that day, and his children were "running late".
If Larry Silverstein took his regular breakfast at the Windows on the World restaurant on the 106th or 107th floor of the North Tower for six weeks (Monday to Friday, say) after he "inked a 99-year deal to operate the complex in July 2001", but was saved on September 11 because of a "dermatologist's appointment", the probability of his being saved is 1 in 30. If his two children each missed work at the WTC 10% of the time (a high estimate), the probability of all three escaping catastrophe is 1 in (30 x 10 x 10) = 1 in 3,000. And surely two younger members of a wealthy family are not so hard up for transport that they fail to turn up for work every time their father happens to be running late.
It was later discovered that there is a remarkable correlation between the impact floors of each Tower that supposedly failed due to "fires", and those floors that had received fireproofing "upgrades", particularly in the case of the North Tower (WTC1). The steel was certified to ASTM E119 by Universal Laboratories. In subsequent tests sponsored by NIST on corresponding floor assemblies subjected to greater heat exposure and protected with less fireproofing than at the WTC on 9/11, it was found that the test specimens "were able to sustain the maximum design load" without collapsing for as long as the tests were run: 2 to 3 1/2 hours. All of this was hardly surprising, since pre-2001 studies had found that the WTC Towers would survive a 600 mph impact from a jetliner and predicted that the buildings would remain standing even if all of the jet fuel had been dumped inside and ignited a horrendous fire that killed many people. Those who were remotely flying the planes would have been well aware of which floors had been "upgraded", i.e. laced with a nano-engineered accelerant tailored to yield the required balance between percussive blast effect and incendiary, so that by targeting the impacts at the appropriate floors they would create the illusion of collapses induced by fire and impact damage. The illusion would be eagerly sold to the public by an obsequious mainstream media, together with government organizations that had supposedly "investigated " the collapses.
If total collapse of a steel-framed skyscraper due to fire was the sort of event that would normally be expected to occur three times every 100 years (even though it had never happened in the US prior to 9/11 and has never happened since), then the probability for one such event to occur on any given day is 3 in 36,524.2 = 1 in 12,175. The probability for three such events to occur on any given day is 1 in 12,1753 = 1 in 1.805 trillion. Even if being hit by an aircraft made such a building 1,000 times more likely to collapse on the day of impact (ignoring the fact that the buildings were designed to survive a 600 mph jetliner impact and a horrendous jet fuel-ignited fire that killed many people), two buildings being hit by aircraft only reduces the improbability by a factor of a million. In that case, the probability is still only 1 in 1.805 million. Or even if being hit by an aircraft piloted by evil Muslims somehow guaranteed total collapse of a building, the probability of a third building collapsing is still only 1 in 12,175.
As for the alleged nineteen Muslim suicide hijackers, not only did nearly half of them turn up alive and well, but it was reported in The New York Times in February 2009 that one alleged hijacker - Ziad al-Jarrah - was the cousin of Ali al-Jarrah, who in a remarkable coincidence happened to have been working from 1983 to 2008 as an Israeli intelligence asset. Ali's brother Yusuf is also understood to have helped Ali betray his compatriots by spying for Israel. Ali al-Jarrah received more than $300,000 for his "work" from Israel. The Times claimed that the two cousins did not "appear" to have known each other "well", a tacit admission that they did know each other. The most likely explanation for this "coincidence" is that Ziad al-Jarrah was also an Israeli intelligence asset who had been recruited by his older cousin. And the most reasonable explanation for the "coincidence" of Israeli intelligence assets being involved with both the 1993 and the 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center, is that Israel was behind both attacks.
And even if neither Ziad al-Jarrah nor Ahmad Ajaj had worked for Israeli intelligence, the most reasonable explanation for the "coincidence" that Israeli security officials would inspect the garage of Zim American Israeli Shipping in the World Trade Center in 1991 and conclude that the WTC garage would be vulnerable to a car bomb two years before the WTC garage was targeted by a car bomb, the "coincidence" that Larry Silverstein, the friend of Benjamin Netanyahu, Ehud Barak and Ariel Sharon, together with Frank Lowy, the friend of Ehud Olmert, should happen to take over the WTC lease in July 2001 and insure the buildings against terror attacks for billions of dollars six weeks before the buildings were destroyed in terror attacks, the "coincidence" that Silverstein's and his children's lives would be spared owing to Silverstein having a "dermatologist's appointment" on the very morning that the buildings were destroyed in terror attacks, the "coincidence" that Mossad agents would set up their cameras aimed at the Twin Towers in advance of the attacks in order to "document the event" for "a country that experiences terror daily" and then celebrate and shout cries of joy and mockery whilst having maps of New York in their van with certain areas highlighted that tied them in to the attacks, the "coincidence" that two hours' advance warning of an attack on the World Trade Center would be transmitted via an Israeli instant messaging company with offices in Herzliya, Israel and New York, the "coincidence" that Rabbi Zakheim would have access to the world's most advanced Flight Termination Systems with a Command Transmitter System capable of electronically hijacking and steering aircraft and would be installed as Comptroller and Chief Financial Officer at the Pentagon where $2.3 trillion of accounting reconciliation adjustments lacked receipts - months in advance of a plot to destroy the building's bookkeeping section by crashing a Boeing 757 that was allegedly flown by a guy who could not even fly a Cessna, the "coincidence" that Zim American Israeli Shipping would move out of the WTC a week before it was destroyed, etc, is that Israel did 9/11.
The London 7/7 bombings, for example, were the work of Israel, although as with 9/11 there were other independent contractors who played a part. Benjamin Netanyahu and Rudy Giuliani were both located in London on the morning of the 7/7 bombings. Netanyahu had foreknowledge and therefore did not turn up for his scheduled speech at the 4th annual Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) Investors Conference in the Great Eastern Hotel. In an attempt at explanation, it was claimed that Scotland Yard had provided a warning. However, Scotland Yard refused to play along with the Israelis. It was later admitted via the German newspaper Bild am Sonntag that Mossad agents in London had advance knowledge, although the Mossad inserted a false, wildly unrealistic claim that they did not know until six minutes prior to the first explosion. Meanwhile, Efraim Halevy, director of the Mossad from 1998 - 2002, inadvertently gave away his intimate knowledge of the 7/7 terror operation by revealing in an article he wrote for the July 7 edition of the Jerusalem Post that he knew the bombings were simultaneous. The British authorities spent the next two days claiming that the three Tube explosions were spread over a period of 26 minutes from 08:51 to 09:17 before revising the story to simultaneous explosions.
The official tale of "Muslim suicide bombers" was physically impossible, given the actual train times of the day following problems with the overhead lines in the Mill Hill area, and the official scenario of exploding backpacks was contradicted by eyewitness reports and photos indicating that the explosions originated underneath the carriages. The Israeli company Verint Systems, a subsidiary of Israel's Comverse Technology, handled video security at the London Underground. In a CCTV-rich environment such as London, there should have been numerous time-stamped images to prove that the alleged bombers were in London on 7/7, yet the authorities never released any such images. Jacob "Kobi" Alexander, a former Israeli intelligence officer, is listed on Verint documents as Chairman of the Board of Directors, e.g. as of April 2003. In July 2006 Alexander was charged by U.S. authorities on 35 criminal counts related to securities fraud, and eventually fled to Namibia, which has no extradition treaty with the U.S.. Dan Bodner, CEO of Verint, was an Israeli Army officer. Rudy Giuliani had been in Yorkshire the previous day. Miraculously, a till receipt obtained from a garden center at Tulip Retail Park in Leeds, Yorkshire was "found" to have survived one of the deadly Tube train blasts, and cited as 'evidence' for the official version of events.
Giuliani's role in 9/11 included restricting access and banning photography at the World Trade Center ruins, and - although officials in the mayor's office would not reply to written and oral questions about who decided to recycle the steel - is suspected of being behind the decision to recycle the steel so rapidly that:
- Dr. Frederick W. Mowrer, an associate professor in the fire protection engineering department at the University of Maryland, said, "I find the speed with which potentially important evidence has been removed and recycled to be appalling"
- Structural engineers said that the decision to rapidly recycle the WTC steel was a "serious mistake" that was handicapping the investigation
- Fire Engineering magazine condemned the destruction of evidence and described the ASCE investigation as a "half-baked farce"
On September 16, 2001, Osama bin Laden denied responsibility for the attacks. Twelve days later, Osama bin Laden again denied having anything to do with the 9/11 attacks, but suggested some possible suspects. They were not Muslims. From October 2 through to October 5, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifah Al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar who started the Al Jazeera channel in 1996 with a $150 million grant, the channel which went on to broadcast audios and videos purporting to be of "Osama bin Laden" whose role would be better understood if he was known as Emmanuel Goldstein, visited the U.S. where the Emir met with George W. Bush, Dick Cheney (an "old friend"), Colin Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Paul Wolfowitz and Richard Myers. On October 20, Dick Cheney again met his friend the Emir of Qatar to discuss the "Osama" interviews.
Within hours of the attacks on September 11, Jerome Hauer, of Jewish descent, went on TV to tell everyone that "it... certainly has the fingerprints of somebody like bin Laden", and that the World Trade Center collapsed because of "the velocity of the plane" and "intense heat probably weakened the structure as well". That same day, Hauer reportedly advised White House staff to begin taking Cipro, an effective antibiotic against anthrax. A week later on September 18, terrorists launched an anthrax letters campaign targeting Democratic U.S. Senators and news media offices. Within months, it was evident that the weapons-grade Ames strain of anthrax found in letters sent to media outlets and Senators in September and October originated at a U.S. government lab, despite a feeble attempt to frame Arab Muslims for the crime.
On September 13, Don Radlauer of the Interdisciplinary Center at Herzliya, Israel (and formerly - until 1997 - of Weybridge, Surrey, UK and of New York), published a report detailing the flight paths of the alleged four hijacked planes. The report attempted to lend credibility to the official story with suggestions that hijacking and steering the planes would be an easy task, in contrast to subsequent, more reasoned analysis by someone who did have relevant piloting and engineering experience but without any political, race or religious axe to grind. On April 9, 2004, Eddie Guigui Shalev, an Israeli national who served in the Israeli Defense Forces in the paratroops regiment, said that based on his observations, Hani Hanjour was a "good" pilot. This was contrary to all available evidence regarding Hanjour, the alleged "Muslim suicide pilot" of Flight 77 that crashed into the Pentagon. Apart from being a most unlikely pilot, Hanjour was also a most unlikely terrorist.
The mainstream media played a crucial role in the cover-up, going along with the hare-brained "nineteen Arabs with box cutters" conspiracy lunacy, and keeping quiet about evidence such as unexploded nano-thermite. As for the group that gained increasing control of the media going back to their acquisition of The New York Times in 1896, it wasn't the Arabs, it wasn't the Jesuits, it wasn't the Nazis, and it wasn't the Masons. A further clue is provided by the fact that in March 1893, The Times wrote, "Owing to the leading position of the Jews in the money markets of Europe..." After 1896, political correctness increasingly took precedence over political reality.
Thus, evidence of who did the crime is corroborated by other evidence of who was involved in the cover-up and sabotage of efforts to bring the perpetrators to justice.
The impossibility of the official conspiracy theory
The official story is physically impossible, since it requires a suspension of the laws of thermodynamics, thermochemistry and probability.An April 2009 paper published in The Open Chemical Physics Journal proved that nano-thermite was used to bring down the Twin Towers and WTC7 in a series of controlled demolitions. The peer-reviewed study examined distinctive red-gray chips that were found in abundance in samples of dust taken from the vicinity of the WTC following its catastrophic destruction. Analysis of these chips found them to be a highly energetic, unreacted thermitic material, comprised of 40 nm-thick aluminum plates and 100 nm iron oxide grains embedded in a carbon-silicon matrix. Also found to be ubiquitous in the WTC dust were iron-rich spherules indicating a previously molten state (including a sample collected ten minutes after collapse of the North Tower, eliminating the possibility of contamination from the clean up), an orange-yellow flow of molten material from the South Tower caught on video in the minutes preceding collapse indicative of an iron-rich melt and totally at odds with the "office fires" scenario, heavily sulfidated steel and partly evaporated fireproofed steel members from WTC7 - the third high-rise that was not even hit by an aircraft, yet completely collapsed at near free-fall speed into its footprint.
There were numerous reports of molten steel and molten metal found in the debris pile - some of which was analyzed and found to be abundant in iron.

19.2.4 - “Exotic Accelerants. Mixtures of fuels and Class 3 or Class 4 oxidizers may produce an exceedingly hot fire and may be used to start or accelerate a fire. Thermite mixtures also produce exceedingly hot fires. Such accelerants generally leave residues that may be visually or chemically identifiable.
Exotic accelerants have been hypothesized as having been used to start or accelerate some rapidly growing fires and were referred to in these particular instances as high temperature accelerants (HTA). Indicators of exotic accelerants include an exceedingly rapid rate of fire growth, brilliant flares (particularly at the start of the fire), and melted steel or concrete.Technicians in the controlled demolition industry are well aware that "Fire cannot bring down steel-framed high rises -- period", that there is no need for "miles of det cord" in a high budget project since wireless detonation is available, and any cutter charges would have self-consuming casings that left only molten iron. However, deceptive demolitions designed to resemble building collapses effected by aircraft impact and ensuing fires would be expected to leave the reactants and the products of a thermite reaction - with clear physical evidence of very high temperatures. And sure enough, this is precisely what happened. The scientific debate on controlled demolitions at the WTC is now over, with fire-induced collapses not even a vague possibility.
Osama Bin Laden did not have access to the World Trade Center, and could not have installed energetic nano-composites and incendiaries. The Muslims did not do 9/11.
Conclusion
The evidence proving the role of Israel, Zionists and Jews in 9/11 is overwhelming. Given the scientific impossibility of the official "nineteen Arabs with box cutters" conspiracy theory and the associated forensic evidence such as molten iron and unreacted nano-thermite, the reality denier must either deny the physical evidence, postulate new laws of physics, or pretend not to have noticed the facts and continue living in a dream-like state in the hope that 9/11 truth will go away. It won't.Denying Israel's role in 9/11 is like denying the fact that the Sun heats the earth. There needs to be a truly independent investigation into the events of 9/11, that bases its conclusions on the facts and the evidence rather than political considerations such as whether the principals of the study will keep their jobs. President Obama must fire his treacherous Zionist so-called "aides" and indict them on charges of treason - however many favors they claim to have done him, conduct his own independent research, reverse the transfer of trillions of dollars from the American people to crooked bankers, and abolish all foreign aid to Israel forthwith.

Introduction
So you think you know that Arabs did 9/11? You saw it on TV and read it in
the newspapers, so it must be true, right? Actually, there is overwhelming
proof from multiple, corroborating lines of evidence that the operation was
conceived and orchestrated by a group of fanatical Jewish terrorists.

The incontrovertible facts
Within five minutes of the first plane impact (Flight 11) into the North
Tower, three Israeli Jews - Sivan Kurzberg, Oded Ellner and Yaron
Shmuel - were seen high-fiving, smiling, hugging each other, joking and flicking
lighters in a jovial, celebratory mood as they filmed the burning WTC atop a van
in the parking lot of the Doric apartment block at 100 Manhattan Avenue, Union
City, New Jersey. They were "visibly happy on nearly all" of the 76 photographs
that they'd taken, which were subsequently developed by the FBI after the
Israelis had been arrested. All three gave differing accounts of how they came
to be at 100 Manhattan Avenue within such a short time of the first crash. Shmuel originally made a
preposterous claim that they were on the "West Side Highway" at the time of the
"incident" (it's an 11-minute drive to 100 Manhattan Avenue at the best of
times, when there is no major incident that could disrupt traffic flowing
through the Lincoln Tunnel). The other two agreed that they were at
their workplace - the Urban Moving Systems offices located at 3 West 18th
Street, Weehawken, NJ - when they learned about the event.
Problem is, it's a 4- or
5-minute drive from 3 West 18th Street, Weehawken to 100 Manhattan Avenue in Union City -
and this was in the rush hour.
Kurzberg, Ellner and Shmuel variously claimed to have stopped for gas, to
have climbed onto the Urban Moving Systems roof, and to have been caught in
heavy traffic, prior to arriving at the Doric apartment block - which makes
their version of events even more impossible. They were seen filming and
celebrating with high-fives and hugs on the roof of their van not only before the second plane crash -
when innocent bystanders believed the first crash had simply been a terrible
accident - but before the news had broken on the local AM news radio station
1010 WINS. And 1010 WINS quickly broke the news because they had one of their
account executives - Joan Fleischer - actually on her cell phone to the news
room as the first plane crashed. She'd been watching it approach from the roof
of her building, just blocks from the World Trade Center, and knew it was going
to crash.
It's clearly impossible for the Israeli "moving company" employees to have
learned of the event, grabbed their Canon EOS SLR and Pentax P550 cameras which
they conveniently had with them (they're supposed to be "movers", not
photographers!), rushed out of their workplace presumably without bothering to
ask for time off for their new hobby as amateur "journalists", driven through
rush-hour traffic from Weehawken to Union City as they quickly decided on a good
vantage point, made a left turn into the Doric apartment block, parked in the
parking lot facing the Towers, jumped out and climbed onto the roof of the van
with their cameras - all before the local news radio station could patch through
to the newsroom a trusted account executive who was already talking to the
newsroom at the very instant the first plane crashed into the North Tower.
We could go on about how Ellner admitted that they decided to go to the Doric
apartment block parking lot because it provided "a view of the entire length of
both towers" - when at the time of this decision the only Tower to have been hit
by a plane was the North Tower (WTC1), and floors 94 to 98 of the North Tower
were visible from the street outside Urban Moving System's offices, or from the
Urban Moving Systems roof. Or about how Ellner apologized for appearing happy in
the photographs, and said it was because they believed that the incident would
prompt the U.S. to "take steps to stop terrorism in the world". This was after a
single plane crash, when it was widely believed to have been an accident. Or
about how the Israelis were found to be in possession of "maps of the city [...]
with certain places highlighted" that linked them to the attacks, and in
possession of "airline tickets with immediate travel dates for
destinations world-wide". Or about how Sivan Kurzberg had been seen at the Doric
apartment block the day before 9/11. Or about how other Israeli nationals made
an unscheduled trip to the vicinity of the Flight 93 crash site in the early
hours of 9/11. Or about how Urban Moving Systems, a Mossad front, was closed
down and some of the employees fired at lunch time on 9/11/01, before five of
its employees were arrested that afternoon, and three days before its owner
Dominik Suter needed to flee to Israel on September 14.
Daniel Lewin, one of the Flight 11 passengers, attained the rank of Captain
in the Israeli special forces Sayeret Matkal, was an alumnus
of MIT, and had
lived in Denver and Jerusalem. Interestingly, Lewin "loved jumping out of
planes". The probability that an ex-Israeli elite special forces guy would
"coincidentally" just happen to be on a plane that was hijacked by "Arab"
terrorists beggars belief. However, the "coincidences" don't end there.
Benjamin Netanyahu,
an Israeli prime minister both prior to and post 9/11, also attained the
rank of Captain in Sayeret Matkal, is an alumnus of MIT, and lived in Denver and
Jerusalem, in common with Daniel Lewin, which makes it unlikely that the two
were unaware of each other. Netanyahu is a close friend of Larry Silverstein,
the leader of a consortium that took over a 99-year lease on the WTC complex six
weeks prior to 9/11 and insured against terrorism, to cover property loss and
business interruption to the tune of $3,546,800,000 "per occurrence". The lease
for the Towers specifically included a clause stating that in the event of
terrorist attacks, the leaseholders could walk away from their obligations
whilst collecting on the insurance. Netanyahu gained a BSc in architecture at
MIT, and as early as 1993, would have had access to blueprints of the WTC
buildings either from his friend Larry Silverstein who was the
owner and (1987)
developer of WTC7, or from Lewis M. Eisenberg, the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the
Port Authority of New York and New Jersey who went on to oversee the privatization of the WTC
in the run-up to 9/11 and was a supporter of Zionist "charities". Netanyahu
would have been aware that taking out five contiguous floors from a WTC Tower
would suffice to leave too many core columns above the critical slenderness
ratio, with consequent Euler buckling effecting global instability and collapse
of the building. Thus, Netanyahu and his Sayeret Matkal and Mossad associates
would have been capable of devising a plan to demolish the buildings and make
the collapses look like the result of office fires and plane crashes.
Flight 11 crashed into the north face of WTC1 whilst banking at a 25° angle so that
the impact zone covered five floors - the very same five contiguous floors
(94-98) that
not only had upgraded fireproofing (SFRM) installed between 1996 and 1998, but also had SFRM
that was found to have a high density compared to that of the other upgraded floors.
Not only was the impact zone at the very center of the "upgraded" floors 92 to
100, but the upgraded SFRM on floors 94 to 98 had an average SFRM density and applied
thickness of 21.24 pcf and 2.993 inches as opposed to 18.9365 pcf and 2½ inches
respectively on all upgraded floors, or 18.2167 pcf on upgraded floors outside
the impact zone. Thus, the upgraded fireproofing on the WTC1 impact zone floors
had an excess mass of 3.02 pcf or 16.6%, which is consistent
with ~14.22% by mass of non-standard materials of a relatively high density -
e.g., accelerants - embedded in the space between the fibers of the impact zone's
"upgraded" mineral wool SFRM.

Dr. Astaneh-Asl found a steel beam from the WTC that had partly "vaporized"
in "searing temperatures" prior to collapse, and fireproofing that had "melted
into a glassy residue". This is not consistent with "office fires", which
should not be capable of delivering sufficient heat to vaporize parts of a
fireproofed steel beam. Cafco Blaze-Shield Type II SFRM used in the WTC fireproofing
upgrade, and the previous Type DC/F, are both comprised of silicates and calcium
sulphate, which do not undergo phase changes or decomposition until heated to
above 1,200 °C. NIST
carried out heat capacity measurements on Blaze-Shield II, heating it up to
1,200 °C. The "glassy residue" suggests CaO and SiO2, requiring decomposition of a silicate as well as
CaSO4.
The whole point of the February 1993 WTC garage bombing, which
occurred two
years after Israeli security officials inspected the garage of Zim
Shipping in
the WTC and concluded that the WTC garage would be vulnerable to a car
bomb, and
in which the FBI was
aware of the plot via their informant Emad Salem yet
let it
go ahead after
a plan to substitute harmless powder for the explosives was called off
by an FBI
supervisor, and in which Ahmad Ajaj is a suspected Israeli intelligence
mole,
was to provide a pretext for fireproofing "upgrades". Israeli "moving
companies"
would switch the official Cafco fireproofing for the lethal Israeli
version. Deloitte & Touche (formerly Deloitte Haskins &
Sells) were badly disrupted by the 1993 bombing, and announced in June
1993 that
they would not be returning to the WTC. The fireproofing upgrades were
carried
out on floors without tenants, and after Deloitte & Touche were
gone, the
Port Authority was left with "about seven and a half floors of prime
space in
Tower One" (which included the entire impact zone floors 94-98) for
which new
tenants were needed, making it the "last large block of contiguous space
available in the complex". Thus, the perpetrators were aware prior to
1996 that floors 94-98 were a contiguous set
of vacant floors that would be upgraded, so they knew which floors
should be
sabotaged with the fake SFRM. The "upgrades" to these floors were
carried out in
1996 and 1998.
Benjamin Netanyahu was in London on
the morning of the 7/7 bombings, and
also had advance
knowledge of the explosions. Moreover,
Efraim Halevy, the London-born head of
Israel's Mossad as of 9/11/01, very quickly revealed his
intimate knowledge of the 7/7 bombings by referring to them as "simultaneous"
in a newspaper article dated July 7. For the next two days, the British authorities believed
erroneously that the explosions
had occurred
over a period of 26 minutes from 08:51 to 09:17, and did not manage
to deduce that they were simultaneous until July 9.
Netanyahu "predicted" in 1995 that "militant Islam" would bring down the WTC
(and later credited his father with the "prediction"). Netanyahu declared on
separate occasions that 9/11 was "very good" and beneficial for Israel. His late
father Benzion - who had
a great influence on
his son - was chief aide and secretary to
Ze'ev (Vladimir) Jabotinsky, the Ukranian founder and driving force behind
the Irgun, a
terrorist group that went on to perpetrate
atrocities such as the King David Hotel bombing of 1946, in which more than
90 were killed. Benzion
Netanyahu was actually regarded as an "extremist" by
Menachem Begin, the
commander of the Irgun in 1946 at the time
they bombed the King David Hotel.
Benjamin Netanyahu's father-in-law Shmuel Ben-Artzi was a member of
the Irgun terrorist group. And on the 60th anniversary of the King David Hotel
bombing in 2006, Benjamin Netanyahu proudly participated in a two-day seminar
commemorating the bombing.
We could go on about the Israeli "art students", or how the Zim American-Israeli Shipping Company
moved out of the WTC on September 4, 2001 - one week prior to 9/11/01. Or how
Rabbi Dov Zakheim was Pentagon Comptroller from May 4, 2001
until after 9/11/01,
delivered a commemorative sermon on the Pentagon lawn to hundreds of
co-religionists from 40 countries exactly six months after 9/11 on March 11,
2002, was
co-signatory
to a September 2000 paper that wrote of the 'benefits' of a "new Pearl Harbor", and was
CEO of SPC International, a company
whose Radar Physics Group produced "Flight
Termination Systems" incorporating
a "Command
Transmitter System" whereby an operator or operators could electronically hijack
multiple in-flight aircraft "several hundreds of miles" away and simultaneously steer them
into targets. (Lewin's job would have been to take out the pilots so that they
couldn't regain manual control.) Or about how Flight 77 - the plane that was allegedly flown by
Hani Hanjour, a "very bad pilot" who "could
not fly at all" and was refused permission
to fly solo in a
Cessna 172 in the
second
week or the
middle of August 2001 - "coincidentally"
crashed into the Pentagon's accounting section, eighteen months after it was revealed that
the
Pentagon's finances were "in disarray" and almost $7 trillion of bookkeeping
adjustments had been required in order to balance the accounts, with $2.3
trillion of those corrections lacking receipts. Or how New York Police
Commissioner Bernard Kerik visited Israel two weeks prior to 9/11 from August 26-29, 2001,
at which time he met Eitan Wertheimer, one of
Israel's richest businessmen
who was reading Popular Mechanics at the age of 4. Kerik announced on
September 16, 2001 that a "passport belonging to one of the hijackers" had been
"discovered", and denied that an Israeli van stopped near the George Washington
Bridge on 9/11 contained explosives after it reportedly contained "tons" of high
explosives that could do great damage to the bridge. Kerik later received a $250,000 "loan" from
