Environmentalism: a new religion for the new world order

médiatico-politique), qui a créé le Royal Institue of International Affairs (RIIA) et le Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), une façade de la banque J.P.Morgan. (Un
CFR européen vient d'être créé en 2007.) Ce sont ces financiers internationaux qui ont fondé la banque centrale américaine la Federal Reserve (qui en réalité n’est pas fédérale mais privée!), la Commission Trilatérale, les Bilderbergers, les accords supranationaux tels que le GATT, l’ALENA et la ZLÉA,
l’Union européenne, et
l’Union nord-américaine à venir. Les organisations financières
mondialistes telles que le Fond monétaire international (
FMI), la Banque mondiale et la Bank for International Settlements (
BIS) ont également été fondés dans la foulée de la Table ronde, l'initiateur du
nouvel ordre mondial anglo-américain, lequel présida à la création de la Société ds Nations, puis de l'
ONU. Le CFR et les intérêts Rockefeller possèdent l'influente revue américaine
Foreign Affairs, alors que les intérêts Rothschild possèdent la revue londonienne
The Economist.
Ils n'ont jamais dédaigné les communistes (de même que leurs nouvelles versions,
Common Purpose) avec qui ils ont amplement collaboré secrètement, mais ils favorisent surtout les
sionisme, car ils se croient eux-mêmes comme étant les nouveaux Juifs de la nouvelle alliance. Dans certains milieux calvinistes anglo-saxons, l’origine étymologique du terme ‘british’ indique que les Anglais descendent du Peuple de l’Alliance (B’rith - alliance, et ish - homme ou peuple). The British origins of the New World Order: Rhodes - Milner - the RIIA
(...)In 1891 Cecil Rhodes, the greatest and richest British entrepreneur of the age, who made his fortune establishing British control over the world's main gold and diamond deposits in South Africa, started a secret society in Britain together with two other men, the occultist and leading journalist W.T.Stead, and Reginald Brett, later Lord Esher, confidant and adviser to Queen Victoria, Edward VII and George V. Their goal was to establish a secret society on Freemasonic and Jesuit lines dedicated to placing the entire globe under imperial and federal British or, if that was not possible, under Anglo-American dominion, since Rhodes believed that the English-speaking peoples were the finest most civilised people on the Earth and deserved to rule all others. All this is well documented. After Rhodes' death, the secret society was taken in hand by one of its later members, Rhodes' lieutenant in South Africa, Alfred Lord Milner. The American historian Carroll Quigley made a penetrating study of what he called the Rhodes-Milner Group and of the network of highly-placed individuals through whom it worked. In his 1949 book "The Anglo-American Establishment" , he described the Group's influence on political and social life as follows:
It plotted the Jameson raid of 1895; it caused the Boer War of 1899-1902; it set up and controls the Rhodes Trust (the Rhodes scholarships - to link the British and American elites) ; it created the Union of South Africa in 1906-1910...it founded the British Empire periodical 'The Round Table' in 1910...it has been the most powerful single influence in All Souls, Balliol, and New Colleges in Oxford for more than a generation; it has controlled "The Times" (newspaper) for more than 50 years with the exception of the years 1919-22; it publicised the idea of and the name British Commonwealth of Nations in the period 1908-1918; it was the chief influence in Lloyd George's war administration in 1917-1919 (that was the cabinet that refused negotiations with Germany and insisted on fighting on to unconditional surrender) and dominated the British delegation to the Peace Conference of 1919; it had a great deal to do with the formation and management of the League of Nations and of the system of mandates; it founded the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) in 1919 and still controls it; it was one of the chief influences on British policy toward Ireland, Palestine, and India in the period 1917-45; it was a very important influence on the policy of appeasement of Germany during the years 1920-40 (which allowed Hitler enough rope to hang himself and in doing so, to wreak incalculable damage on humanity); and it controlled and still controls, to a very considerable extent, the sources and the writing of the history of British Imperial and foreign policy since the Boer war.
Until 1902, Rhodes was the leader. He was succeeded from 1902 to 1925 by Milner. From 1925 until 1940 the group's leaders were Philip Kerr (Lord Lothian) and Lionel Curtis. Philip Kerr, as Lloyd George's secretary, was the man who created the infamous Article 231 of the Versailles Peace Treaty, the 'war guilt' clause, which perhaps did more anything else to alienate Germans against the West and contributed mightily to support for Hitler. Both Lothian and Curtis were indefatigable workers for the League of Nations, for the transformation of the British Empire into the Commonwealth in which the former colonies could continue to be controlled, and for the idea of a united federal Europe.
11. The US takes over the New World Order agenda: CFR - Wall St - the Federal Reserve - the UN
In the 1890s there was increasing contact, financial and marital,between the plutocracies of Britain and the United States, contacts which had been maintained through Freemasonic lodges since the 18th century.
(...)the creation by the Milner Group of the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) in 1919. The American sympathisers and members of the Milner Group who were involved in this manoeuvre went on to establish the RIIA's sister organisation, the Council On Foreign Relations (CFR) in New York in 1921. These twin organisations were to become the de facto foreign ministries of Britain and the USA - outside the normal political system. Whichever party has been in power since the 1920s, the foreign policy followed has been that the twin sisters, which have themselves been following the ideals of Anglo-American world domination laid down by Rhodes, Stead, and Milner in the 1890s. At every step of the way, the twin sisters' policy has been backed up by the men of money, the bankers and corporate bosses - prominent among them have been the Rockefellers and the Rothschilds; intermarriage and freemasonic and professional affiliation has linked many of the business elite to the political legal, and academic elites. These elites came together in the CFR and the RIIA. Again, all this is well-documented; it does not need me to prove it. Founding members of the CFR included Woodrow Wilson's secretive advisor and eminence grise Colonel House, and ...such potentates of international banking as J.P. Morgan, John D. Rockefeller, Paul Warberg, Otto Kahn, and Jacob Schiff...the same clique which had engineered the establishment of the Federal Reserve System, according to Gary Allen in the October 1972 issue of the journal AMERICAN OPINION. The years after the First World war were also the period when Hollywood, American jazz music and American corporate adverstising began to take the world by storm. Shaken by the events of the Great War, and aware of their failure to produce new social ideals other the intellectual madness of fascism and bolshevism, Europeans lost faith in their own culture and looked increasingly over to the apparent dynamism and beguiling illusions of America.
The founding president of the CFR was John W. Davis, J.P. Morgan's personal attorney, while the vice-president was Paul Cravath, also representing the Morgan interests. Professor Carroll Quigley characterized the CFR as ...a front group for J.P. Morgan and Company in association with the very small American Round Table Group. Over time Morgan influence was lost to the Rockefellers. On the goals of the investment bankers who control central banks, Quigley wrote in his book "Tragedy and Hope" that their aim is: ... nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole... controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent private meetings and conferences. Baron M.A. Rothschild wrote famously in the early 19th century, Give me control over a nation's currency and I care not who makes its laws. In Rothschild's time, a key advocate of a strong centralised federal government for the new USA and a powerful central bank was the Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton. From the time of Hamilton's understandings with Barings Bank and the City of London in the early 1800s, the world of high finance strove to impose a central bank on America in line with Baron Rothschild's remark. They finally succeeded in imposing this tyranny of oligarchical private bankers upon the USA in 1913 with the establishment of the Federal Reserve. For over 100 years the spirit Thomas Jefferson had held out against them. Jefferson wrote: The Central Bank is an institution of the most deadly hostility existing against the principles and form of our Constitution...if the American people allow private banks to control the issuance of their currency, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered. This nightmare was realised for millions during the Great Depression that set the scene for the rising of the Beast out of the abyss in the 1930s. It is now recognised that that economic catastrophe was directly caused by the actions and inactions of Wall St bankers and the Federal Reserve. At that time there was an intimate relationship between Montagu Norman, Governor of the Bank of England, and Benjamin Strong, head of the Federal Reserve. The two men regarded themselves as lords of the earth.

Admiral Chester Ward was a member of the CFR for over a decade but became one of its harshest critics, revealing its inner workings in a 1975 book, "Kissinger on the Couch." In it he states The most powerful cliques in these elitist groups have one objective in common: they want to bring about the surrender of the sovereignty and national independence of the United States. Most CFR members, he wrote, are one-world-government ideologists whose long-term goals were officially summed up in September 1961 by State Department Document 7277: ...elimination of all armed forces and armaments except those needed to maintain internal order within states and to furnish the United Nations with peace forces...by the time it (UN global government) would be so strong no nation could challenge it.
In the 50th anniversary issue of "Foreign Affairs", the official publication of the CFR, Kingman Brewster Jr. wrote an article entitled "Reflections on Our National Purpose." in which he said that America's purpose should be to do away with American nationality, and to "take some risks in order to invite others to pool their sovereignty with ours..." These "risks" include disarming to the point where America would be helpless against the "peace-keeping" forces of a
global UN government. America should happily surrender its sovereignty to the world government in the interests of what he called the "world community" and which today's media like to call "the international community", that is, those who secretively direct the elite foreign policy establishments of Washington and London. Richard N. Gardner, former deputy assistant Secretary of State wrote in "Foreign Affairs", April 1974 that
In short, the 'house of world order' will have to be built from the bottom up rather than from the top down...An end run around national sovereignty, eroding it piece by piece, will accomplish much more than the old fashioned assault... James Warburg, son of CFR founder Paul Warburg, and a member of FDR's "brain trust," testified before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee on February 17, 1950, "We shall have world government whether or not you like it--by conquest or consent." And most tellingly, in an address to the secretive Bilderberg Group at Evian, France, May 21 1992, and transcribed from a tape recording made by one of the Swiss delegates, Henry Kissinger said:
Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all people of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well being granted to them by their world government. As I have already mentioned, the CFR were planning the New World Order before 1941. Perhaps the earliest and clearest statement of the New World Order in the form in which it is now coming about was by Dr. Quincy Wright, a professor of International Law at the University of Chicago, who in 1941 described what he referred to as "The New World Order" as opposed to "Hitler's New Order" of that era. Wright made it clear that National Sovereignty and the independence of individual nations would be limited by a world government. He spoke of three continental systems A "United States of Europe," an Asiatic system and a Pan-American union. Wright also forecast that each continental system would have a common military force and that national military forces would be greatly reduced or outlawed. A report in THE BALTIMORE NEWS-POST, Monday December 8 1941, - note the date, the very day of Pearl Harbour, shows how the thoughts of the CFR are insinuated into the minds of the masses, sometimes far in advance of the events being discussed. The article read: CHICAGO, Dec. 7 - (U.P.) A noted student of international law forsees a post-war world confederation in which Anglo-American sea power will insure peace and freedom of commerce. Dr. Quincy Wright of the University of Chicago predicts that if Hitler is defeated, the Nazi Chief's projected "new order" will be replaced by a system patterned in many respects after the League of Nations - but immeasurably strengthened by American participation and the use of the British and United States navies to enforce its edicts. He said: "the main tasks of the world system will be to maintain freedom of the seas, moderate freedom of commerce and to prevent aggression." Wright believes the new world league will formulate a "basic declaration of the rights of man," including President Roosevelt's "four freedoms." To protect those rights, he predicted, the system will have the power to deal with and punish individuals in some cases. At present international law technically is concerned only with states leaving regulation of individuals to national authorities. Like the old League of Nations, Wright thinks, the new confederation will have three branches: a council or legislative body, an administrative authority, and a world court which will arbitrate disputes between nations and questions of international law. It will promote world prosperity, chiefly through limitation of national tariffs and it will act promptly against aggressors. Its chief weapon will be naval power provided largely by Britain and the United States.
Wright also expects the rise of several continental systems, subject to the world league, but with more extensive powers over their numbers and more closely-knit organization. Among these, he believes will be a United States of Europe, an Asiatic system and a Pan-American Union. Russia probably will remain outside of all the
continental systems, he said. Each of the continental systems probably will have a common airforce, with national air forces outlawed or greatly reduced, according to Wright. Members of these air forces will owe sole allegiance to their respective system and to no nation. By means of its exclusive command of air power, each continental organization will be able to preserve the independence of small nations adjoining large and powerful neighbors. Sovereignty and independence of individual nations will be retained, subject to limitations necessary to operation of the continental and world systems, Wright predicted. The universal confederation will enforce peace among the continental systems.

The threefold project of global union
Thr first of the three projects mentioned by Prof Wright back in 1941 when the CFR was already planning the postwar world order, was a United States of Europe. This has been underway since 1950 and is now rapidly nearing completion. Its chief architects, Count Richard Coudenhove-Kalergi, and Jean Monnet, worked out of the cultural and economic spheres respectively - aiming for the eventual goal of political union. Both men had intimate contacts with the US East Coast elite and lived and worked through the war years in America. Coudenhove was the publicist who boldly sought the limelight. He wished to reinject Europe with the spirit of Roman Catholicism and the Hapsburg dynasty. He first became influential in the 1920s calling for a United States of Europe which he called the Pan-European Union. He too wished to exclude Russia, but also Britain. In 1924, he referred to the American financier Paul Warburg as "the founder of the Federal Reserve System." Louis Rothschild said that Max Warburg, his friend and Paul's brother, had read Coudenhove's book. (...) Max remained a convinced Pan European until his death in 1946. Jean Monnet was the consummate and obsessively secretive Mr Fixit. Eternal institutions, not expendable individuals, were what interested him and he sought to establish the institutions of his United States of Europe by the most clandestine methods possible in a democratic society. He was eagerly assisted every step of the way by the US government. Europeans would be forced into cooperation, he believed, by economic necessity. He spoke always of 'peace' but acted out of the imperatives of secrecy and compulsion. Both Monnet and his allies in successive US administrations were determined that Britain, now minus its empire, would be ensconced within his European architecture.
The second phase of the threefold drive to world government - Pan-American Union - was actively pushed by Nelson Rockefeller in the 1940s then allowed to 'rest' during the Cold War. Since George Bush proclaimed the New World Order in 1990, Washington has taken up Nelson Rockefeller's intentions with fervour, and the young, energetic and masterly wheeler-dealer Bill Clinton was brought in to put the first stage - NAFTA - in place. Now he has done this, he has fulfilled his function and is currently being removed to make way for the man who will bind North to South America in the American hemispheric Union Nelson Rockefeller dreamed of.
The third phase - the transformation of the APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation forum) yen-dominated bloc into an Asian Union will be the most difficult due to the vast disparity of cultures involved. Having gained economic control of both the European and American continents, the US-dominated global financial elite is now in the current Asian economic crisis seeking to gain control of Asian and especially Japanese financial systems to enable it to knit together Asian economies in ways conducive to (Satan)'s longterm interests of a global union. To this end, it will be remembered, millions are required to be exterminated in order to reduce the world's population. China would seem to be the obvious candidate for such inhuman treatment. By 2020 it is intended that Asia-Pacific will have become a single free trading bloc. By 2050, the attempt will be made to weld the three continental blocs into a single global unit policed by the UN or its successor. All this will be done in such a way as to convince the world's peoples that there is no alternative. In a meeting of the Bilderberg Group in June 1991, David Rockefeller, President of the CFR and of Chase Manhattan Bank - a man who stands near the very apex of the public structure of Satanic global planning said:
We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time magazine, and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promise of discretion for almost 40 years...It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright lights of publicity during those years. But the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards world government. The supernational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination prcatised in past centuries.
This grandiose project of supermaterialism, which is based on profound occult principles and knowledge, is proceeding on all levels. Driven largely by financial manipulation and computer technology, it aims to cast an Anglo-American net over the whole of culture. La guerre qui vient
En novembre 1917, peu après l'entrée en guerre des Américains, Rudolf Steiner mit solennellement en garde (1) :
« Il ne faut pas que le monde soit
géographiquement américanisé, car les efforts de l'Amérique visent à
tout mécaniser, à tout faire entrer dans le domaine du pur naturalisme, à
effacer peu à peu de la surface de la Terre la culture de l'Europe. »

Or, que se trame-t-il en ce moment, à peine un siècle après cette mise
en garde solennelle ? Les gnomes de l'Union Européenne s'affairent
précisément en coulisse – et le plus loin possible des oreilles des
peuples, cela va sans dire – à mettre fébrilement en place le GMT, le
futur "Grand Marché Transatlantique" destiné, en dehors de tout accord
populaire conscient bien sûr, à aligner la totalite des normes
européennes, tant environnementales, que sociales, financières et
commerciales, à la mesure des exigences anglo-américaines. Une
vassalisation camouflée de l'Europe, ni plus, ni moins.
C'est cela qui se magouille depuis juillet 2013 : une entente de
libre-échange intégral ouvrant toute grande l'Europe aux multinationales
US en imposant la supériorité de leur droit sur celui des états de
l'UE. Une entreprise opaque menée depuis 20 ans derrière un écran de
fumée pour supplanter le droit européen au profit direct du droit US.
Travail à petits pas discrets auquel même le Parlement européen ne
dispose que d'un accès restreint conformément aux ententes entre les
négociateurs occultes américains et leurs homologues européens (on
oserait mettre des guillemets) :
« Tous les documents concernant le développement du GMT, y compris les
textes des négociations, les propositions faites des deux côtés, le
matériel explicatif joint, les courriels et les autres informations
échangés demeureront confidentiels. » (Accord du 5 juillet 2013).
Taisez-vous, profanes, vous n'avez pas le droit au chapitre…
Phase 2, le coup d'état de Kiev.
C'est en pleine trève olympique que l'«
Occident
» passe à l'attaque. La paix n'étant pas propice à ce grand
chambardement, il y fallait une préparation psychologique des foules,
une ambiance et quelques bons prétextes bien sanglants : du sur mesure
donc pour les tueurs professionnels des
Pravyi Sektor et autres
Svoboda,
faux nazis naïfs retournés par la CIA, mais vrais mercenaires à la
botte de qui les arme et les paie. Le gouvernement légal refusant de
faire donner l'armée contre son propre peuple, le putsch prend ainsi le
pouvoir en pleine scéance du parlement avec le plein soutien de
Washington et de ses obéissants vassaux.
En dépit des slogans de l'Euromaïdan appelant à lutter contre un
régime oligarchique, c'est pourtant bien un « roi du chocolat »
milliardaire qui devient aussitôt président de l'Ukraine : un oligarque
sans scrupules aux ordres de Washington qui s'affaire aujourd'hui à
écraser, avec le plein appui de l'UE, tout ce qui, à l'Est du pays, se
refuse à se soumettre à l'impérialisme du B.A.O. (2) dans lequel
Washington veut à tout prix faire basculer les provinces russophones
hostiles à l'inféodation otanienne. Sans la riposte-éclair de la Russie
en Crimée, c'était toute la population russe de cette presqu'île
stratégique et Sébastopol qui tombait en quelques heures dans les mains
de l'OTAN. Une réaction russe avalisée par un référendum écrasant qui
déclencha l'ire des dirigeants occidentaux d'habitude si respectueux de
la volonté populaire tant qu'elle est à leur avantage...
Déjà des congressistes US proposent de considérer dès à présent
l'Ukraine comme « allié militaire majeur des Etats-Unis » face à la
Russie. En Europe même, l'hystérie anti-russe bat son plein, tous médias
confondus ou peu s'en faut, et n'a de cesse d'appeler au boycott pour
complaire aux diktats états-uniens, sans même comprendre qu'ils se
sanctionnent eux-mêmes au plus grand détriment de leurs propres
entreprises, et que c'est justement là le but de l'administration US :
ruiner l'Europe pour mieux l'asservir et pousser l'OTAN jusqu'aux
frontières mêmes de la Russie. Ce qui avait déjà précipité l'Europe dans
la guerre en 1914 se répète seulement en 2014, mais, comme on le sait,
c'est pour la bonne cause et surtout celle de l'Empire ploutocratique
anglo-saxon.
La Guerre en marche.
Viêtnam, Iraq, Libye, Syrie, Serbie, Ukraine... C'est à l'encerclement
méthodique et total de la Russie et de la Chine (3) que s'affairent
aujourd'hui les stratèges insatiables du Pentagone et leurs obéissants
vassaux de l'Union dite européenne : tous à la botte de l’État US
finissant et d'autant plus agressif. Cette Europe en voie de totale
américanisation, espionnée sans vergogne et, semble-t-il, fière de
l'être…
Lorsqu'on sait que l'OTAN n'avait d'autre objectif à l'origine que de
faire pièce au Pacte de Varsovie communiste et qu'il n'avait, par
conséquent, plus aucune raison d'être à la chute du Mur de Berlin que
Moscou n'avait autorisé qu'à l'expresse condition – hélas non paraphée –
que l'OTAN ne s'étendrait pas sur les pays de l'Est, on ne peut que
constater la duplicité et la puissance de corruption de cette
organistaion à vocation purement impérialiste de contrôle hégémonique
planétaire.
Rudolf Steiner avait plusieurs fois souligné dans un contexte anthroposophique que, du fait de son sol, la nature même de l'
Amérique du nord
reposait essentiellement sur la seule volonté de puissance ahrimanique
aveugle et de domination tous azimuts. Quant à l'Europe, c'est de
Lisbonne à Vladivostok qu'elle devait se faire, Russie incluse
évidemment, en trait d'union géographique et culturel entre l'extrême
Occident américain et l'extrême Orient chinois, en force d'équilibre
donc, et non avachie, vendue aux loges noires de Londres et de
Washington.
Entre temps le sang coule, et coule à flot. Il coule non seulement en
Europe du fait de l'interventionnisme obsessionnel US, mais aussi aux
Proche et Moyen-Orients dans le massacre abominable des populations
chrétiennes au profit d'un Islam hystérique et monstrueux gavé d'armes
et soutenu en sous-main par ces états croupions que sont les monarchies
dégénérées du Golfe (4). De toute évidence, les
think tanks anglo-américains veulent la guerre et font tout pour pousser la Russie au
casus belli
: ils sont aujourd'hui tellement dans le pétrin qu'il en va maintenant
de la pérennité de leur business. Comme en 1914. Et comme en 1939...
« L'égoïsme universel émane de la race anglo-américaine. Partant de
là, l'égoïsme couvrira toute la Terre. Toutes les inventions qui
recouvrent la Terre d'un réseau d'égoïsme viennent d'Angleterre et
d'Amérique. A partir de là-bas donc, toute la Terre sera recouverte
